On March 5th I purchased a soap stone countertop through O&G and to date still do not have anything to show despite them charging my credit card for the entire amount - contradicting their agreement of 50% down and 50% upon delivery. It is now April 16th and there has been "0" communication with me what so ever. The fabricator, Surfaces, has been no better with delays and excuses for rescheduling. To date, they still can not give me a date as to when they will install the counters. Absolutely the worst experience I've had with a local service organization - ever.

I really don't have a clue as to why people feel its ok to behave this way over the phone, but it's a sure fire way for me to not give you my money, ever!
