Seeing and hearing his assessment I felt comfortable with his diagnosis and his solution. When he returned in a couple of days with the parts, he quickly implemented his solution, and thoroughly tested his fix to the extent where I felt very comfortable. This included identifying existing remote gate controllers that were coded incorrectly. And he held true to his verbal cost estimate from the other day. When asked about replacing another gate, his response was that it was in good shape and there was no need to replace it. This response just contributed to how I describe him.
