Lot 104 was advertising their 4-5pm Tapas deals - free drinks with every tapas plate. For 2 of us (we had not eaten lunch), we ordered 3 tapas plates and got 3 free drinks. I had 1 glass of wine and my husband had 2 craft beers. The free drinks were not limited to house varieties but whatever you choose off the regular drinks menu. But the highlight was the food! Only $14 a plate, the food was top notch - beautifully served, large serves. We ordered Steamed Prawn & Vegetable Gyozas in a bamboo steamer w/soy dipping sauce - yum!! Garlic, chilli & ginger marinated mooloolaba king prawns with thai lime dressing - double yum! The prawns were huge, fresh and cripsy! Haven't had such good prawns in many many years! I recently learned that Howard Wright-- a major investor and director of this establishment--was…read morefined for driving "in a dangerous manner" in an incident that involved a 12-year-old boy on an e-bike. A joke of a punishment for the crime. On video you can see this sick man speed up in a Audi, intentionally, to hit a child on a bike on the side of the road out of traffic. He proceeds to scream at the child, while the child pleaded for his life. I hope karma does her magic. Even more concerning is how Mr. Wright seemed to justify his actions by blaming the child's bike as "illegal," rather than genuinely acknowledging the danger and illegality his own driving posed. I expect higher ethical standards and community responsibility from anyone at the helm of a hospitality business. While the restaurant itself may serve somewhat average food or drinks, I personally cannot support an establishment whose leadership shows such disregard for safety and empathy--especially when a young child's wellbeing is at stake. Until clear accountability and genuine remorse are demonstrated, I'll be dining elsewhere. If you care about patronizing businesses that reflect your values, I would encourage you to consider taking your money and support elsewhere, too. The experience at these venues sucked before these events occurred too, every other option nearby provide a way better experience. Terrible for family photos. Terrible lighting

I was dragged to the exit of the venue by a bouncer for him to be informed by another bouncer he had "the wrong guy, his striped shirt is different". I received no apology and upon my second time returning to the venue I was subject to similar treatment by a bouncer with slicked back hair and shaved sides, he always wears a suit. This treatment has been echoed by many of my peers in the music industry. This venue is a joke, they also over book gigs so you can barely move so they can sell more tickets. The Client Liason show was disgusting. You couldn't get to the bar at all. Of the 1000+ venues I've been to with music, this place is the worst. Primarily due to the security.
