I was showed around and loved the selection of machines so I stayed to pound some weight. Since they were so welcoming I came back several days while I was visiting Las Vegas. This gym comes highly recommended. Swing on in and check it out and I'm sure you'll have a wonderful experience. Great job Powerhouse & Kuddos

I am writing a review about staff not the Gym itself or it's equipment…read more Unfortunately, I did not get past the front desk. I flew in from Houston on vacation for several days. I thought I was lucky to find a Power House Gym. I wanted to train everyday while on vacation and show my son what a real gym looks like. On top of paying guest fees for two people for 4 days, I had intentions of buying him at least $300 of merchandise as well. It literally took me 30 minutes to drive from my Air BnB to that gym. The moron at the front desk took his sweet time having a personal conversation with someone and when he finally decided to pay me and my son any attention, he simply told me to scan the QR code and then kept on with his conversation. I don't know if he was one of the owners or not, but this type of customer service is just poor. I came with the intention of spending a lot of money in that business but after dealing with that I just refuse.

I was busy that night but the fact that she went out of her way to accommodate me even though it was my mistake is stellar customer service. I have been to the other location for Pilates numerous times and now that I know how committed the ownership is to taking care of clients, I'll definitely be back to both.

He has a deadpan, understated sense of humor that brings a lightness to class while still keeping everything focused and intentional. He tells us why things are done in a certain way, which deepens my understanding. His teaching style is calm, clear, and very accessible, and he's always watching to make sure students get into postures safely. His attention to alignment and safety is excellent, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his students' well-being. Even though Iyengar can be very precise, Adam makes it feel approachable and supportive. His classes are thoughtful, well-paced, and consistently high quality. Having practiced yoga for over 20 years, this class is good for beginners and longtime yogis.

Your time goes by so fast that by the end you're shocked it's already over AND that you got in a full body work out. You will feel it the next morning! Highly recommend! Bonus: Awesome location. Shy of the freeway. Bonus#2: Nicholas is constantly wiping down every machine and consistently keeping things clean. I love that. Super comfortable.

My husband and I have an extremely busy lifestyle with work and kids. The program Nick has put together allows you to manage your life AND stay motivated on finding your BEST you! A huge difference from an every day (or 5x weekly) gym visit. We can manage my time with him AND "home work" as I can fit it in (without getting overwhelmed)...AND get the results we want. We only continue to maintain our other gym memberships due to the kids, BUT we are considering canceling those memberships all together. Nick is great for weight loss, better habits, and maintaining goals. Give it a shot, your only regret will be staying on the couch :) Get up & and come sweat with us!

Got it -- here's a short, enthusiastic, Google-friendly review with a personal touch and coach…read moreshout-outs: I've been coming to this F45 for quite a while now, and it's truly the coaches that make it such a special place. Coach Jay is an absolute standout and a huge asset to the studio. His energy, motivation, and attention to form elevate every class, and he has a way of pushing you to do more while still making you feel supported. Huge shout-out as well to Coaches Michael, Devany, and Abby -- each of them brings something unique, and together they create an encouraging, high-energy environment that keeps me coming back. This team genuinely cares about the members and it shows in every workout!

I came here last week for a trial class, and unfortunately, this was not the type of class I was…read morehoping for. I left after just two stations/15 minutes. I was a bit grossed out by the "cleanliness" and the idea of lying down on the floor to stretch where people walk around in their shoes (there's so much nasty stuff from walking around outside!!). I was also under the impression/told this class was for all levels of fitness, but it seemed like it really didn't matter if we (the entire group) were literally of all different ages and levels of fitness or physique. I thought there would be more individual guidance for the movements we needed to do, but we were pretty much told (after the coach quickly explained each station), to go pick a station and get started. I wasn't sure if the positions I was standing in and sitting/squatting down in were correct or not. There's no way to see my reflection or have anyone who had experience tell me. One of the movements was to squat down while having one leg forward and across diagonally, so the knee is bent and at an angle, sort of like a curtsy position. I feel that because of that movement and not being told if I'm doing it correctly or not, I messed up my knee where I felt some sudden pain behind and around my knee area a couple days later. My vein specialist/doctor did an ultrasound on it today and saw that there's fluid in my knee that wasn't ever there before, and because of that it put pressure on another vein and caused it to "pop". He said it was probably due to straining and if the knee was twisted or at an angle. He mentioned that specifically before I ever said anything about trying out new exercises! Even despite my injury, my rating would probably be the same...the music was SO loud it was hurting my ears a bit, and I really did not want to be listening to club music. There's other music to work out to besides EDM. This just unfortunately and definitely was not what I was expecting based off of the business info and reviews I read up on.
