My schedule is crazy so it's easy for me to do a morning workout. So Sidney Wilson will arrive when you need him. Let me just tell you this. If you want a change and need a push. Sidney Wilson won't hesitate he is going to: shove, drag, murder you, and give you the encouragement to keep pushing yourself. You will go one week saying, "I got this" to him telling you we are: "lifting 90 pounds now." I honestly didn't think I could do that. I would think. this guy is on one today. But he pushed my body to physical gain the strength that I've never seen before. Everyone at work could tell a difference. The moment I got on his diet I felt better, and I felt lighter after four days! Like everything about me. I drank enough water and I was eating the right kind of foods. Of course I hit a mark where I was not loosing anymore weight, and we figured out I wasn't eating enough. If I ever had questions about if something really works or not he would explain how it does. I've gained so much self confidence by working with him. You just need to tell him. What your definition of a healthy body is and he will get you what you want.

The doctor suggested me to build up muscles on my body and make my back stronger. But I couldn't make up my mind, because I never believed that training would be helpful. Once I walked into Coach Riley's fitness center last March. His enthusiastic introduction impressed me. I called back few days later to sign up personal training for 12 sessions for one month to give myself a try. At the beginning, I couldn't even do the warm up properly. But coach Riley encouraged me and patiently advised me. He was always flexible as well. Some days I woke up with my twisted back and couldn't do anything. He was happy to reschedule for me. He also let me tape his movements, so I could review them anytime I wanted. He used his knowledge to help me to check online with my symptoms, and tried to find a better way to make sure that the movements would not hurt me. He had a good plan for awakening my body muscles. Switched from one equipment to another every session. Little by little, it worked! Gradually, I started to feel my back got better and stronger. The injuries used to happen so often, almost every week, had reduced. I have been keeping on with some movements he taught me when I was away. Benefiting from those movements and myself trainings, I don't have the injuries since last summer. Even with long ride on my trip, I didn't injure my back. I told everyone that Coach Riley saved my body! I really appreciate Coach Riley's help. And it was always very relaxing and fun training with Coach Riley.

I have been wanting to get back to the gym for years, but I was hesitant and embarrassed. I'd let myself get out of shape. Stress made me unmotivated to walk into a gym and, let's be honest, large gyms are intimidating. I came across the advertisement on Facebook for Human Forge Fitness. They were looking for women over sixty, that's me. I googled the gym, and it was literally around the corner from my home. I filled out the info online and Kevin reached out and I went in for a tour. I liked that Human Forge Fitness is a small gym, and all workouts are personalized to my fitness level. I have been a client for about a month, and I can feel the difference in just a month. Yes, I'm sore, but it's a good sore. I can tell I'm getting stronger, and I look forward to my sessions.
