She also told me my nodules were all fluid filled, Another Endo and my physician both concurred they are not including the write up from my ultrasound. After getting my records for the new Endo, she was untruthful. I hope current clients educate themselves and find someone to better care for them as they cannot see the Dr. after your initial visit.

Ms. Lee figured out that I had Latent Autoimmune Diabetes Adult (essentially Type-I that develops after age 40). The staff at the center are friendly and helpful. She said she had only 3-4 patients Type 1 who did not have a pump. I asked what kind of glucose levels they had and she just said "high". Second visit she had a student who just reinforced everything she said to me, even if I challenged it. Next appt. (after 3 months) after 5 reminders of appt. they called tro change my appt. to earlier in the day of to have a shorter appt. as NP was leaving early to get married and would be gone 3 weeks for honeymoon. I asked if I could see Dr. Lippes as she was gone and practice gave me an appt. in 7 weeks stating he was not taking new patients. I took the appt. as was a way to see the doctor I originally had selected to see but was bluntly told "never can".

She is still currently in the ER waiting for admission 29 hours later. Diagnosed with a UTI and dehydration- something that could be easily remedied at Olean Medical Group. Instead, she sat in a chair for over 15 hours with spinal stenosis and severe back problems. This is completely unacceptable- how can a provider only see WELL patients. She was not an infection risk. This is abhorrent.

They respond to your voicemails within 48 hours unless your a new patient and then it would probably be longer. Discovered Rheumatology Wellness Center in 2017 and will be here for a long time. As you may have read before on reviews of mine that when it comes to Doctors one of the things I insist on in my or my families physicians is Compassion and Knowledge and this practice has that in Spades. Dr. O'Neil is amazing, she was able to effectively diagnose and start appropriate treatment for an issue that has just recently cropped up in a family member. So starting off, the office has a calm, peaceful vibe. Its not just the staff, the colors are muted and pastel, the music in the waiting room is calm, the staff is welcoming and the waiting room has something you almost never see in a doctors office: comfortable furniture. The Nurses and the Doctor herself are top notch also. My family member went in with a migraine brewing to a visit, and the nurses made the room dark as soon as they were done with triage and spoke quietly out of concern. The Doctor offered acupuncture (normally something they charge for) to stop it in its tracks. Now I don't know if I ever believe that stabbing yourself with thin needles is spots is a cure for anything, but within 10 minutes she felt the pressure diminish and within 15 minutes the pain was gone. This is just ancillary service btw, the actual issue that brought my family member in was nailed immediately and a proper course of treatment was started right away and that, I might add, started reversing much of the Symptomology immediately. If you have an issue that requires a Rheumatologist I highly recommend this practice.
