She (Telli) is on antiinflammatories and pain killers ad will not live long because the drugs will eventually destroy her liver. But we have to keep her as pain-free as possible. Facing another surgery soon. DR promises a "healthy puppy" and Telli certainly wasn't that! BTW, she was shipped to British Columbia to an owner expecting a puppy and his was sent to my son!! They couldn't even get the shipping of the poor things correctly! You can tell, we still feel VERY STRONGLY that this kennel should be thrown out of AKC. I'm in the same boat as you. I have a 1-year-old pup from Deep Run that is perfect in every way except she has severe allergy issues. I've spent thousands of dollars trying to figure out the problem and how to treat it. I tried to reach out to Phyllis, but little to no response. When I described the problem to her assistant, she said, "just like her mother." Unfortunately there is a genetic link and she is continuing to breed the same pair.I hope things are going better for you. Just thought I would let you know you are not in it alone.

All I can say is that anyone who calls us or writes us, ever in the life of their puppy with any complaints, concerns or positive feedback, is called back or replied to right away. We do what we can do to help each person, as few as there have been, as best we can. Follow up has to be done on both sides, however, to have a successful outcome for both parties. Likely in these 2 instances, I feel like they were not clients that followed up with us in regards to recommendations or requests for information for us to be helpful. I also hope you spent some time reviewing the hundreds of letters on our website from clients over the years and perhaps visit our Facebook page, and won't be discouraged by only 2 reviews, over the thousands of other good ones. In any event, we do give you one week to return your puppy after purchase for a full refund if you are in any way unhappy with it.
