READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE HIRING!!! I literally have never written a review. I actually downloaded the Yelp app JUST TO WRITE THIS REVIEW. I'm so absolutely livid right now and I've been trying to cool down for the past 4 hours. I called this company to schedule for them to come out to my house which we were selling. It sold in 4 days, so it was unexpected & we were still doing some remodeling. I emphasized that fact many times , that we added on an entire bedroom in the house and the buyers wanted it cleaned from all the dust and paint (very understandably) before we closed. She assured me that her company specialized in deep cleaning and "move in/move out" cleaning. It was a 1500 sq foot townhouse, it was a 2 bedroom that we turned into a 3 bedroom. Had 2 full bathrooms and a half bath. She told me it would be 6 hours. I quote "I will send 2 people and you will have them for 6 hours". I even thought to myself "wow. She's having them come from 2pm until 8pm? They work pretty late..." She really did make an effort to switch the schedule around & figure things out to accommodate me, which I thought was so nice. Fast forward to the day they came. My husband met them there because I worked. He called me a couple times, but I work in an ER so I'm hard to be reached. I spoke to him at 6 & he told me they just left. I said wow they're done already? He told me "yeah, they said they stayed an hour for free..." Excuse me? From 2-6 is 4 hours and you're telling me that you gave me one of those hours for free? My husband also asked me if I told them not to clean the oven. I was so confused. Apparently while they were cleaning, one of the ladies WHOM I NEVER MET NOR SPOKE TO told me husband "your wife told us she doesn't want the oven cleaned". Excuse me? That's a lie. He told them "I'm pretty sure she never said that, would you mind cleaning it". He told me they did an awful job. I just assumed he was exaggerating because I'm such a clean freak. OH. MY. GOD. There's a coat closet in the living room they NEVER EVEN OPENED and you can see the line of dust. The light fixtures WERE NOT TOUCHED. Heat vents? NOT TOUCHED. The ledges WERE NOT TOUCHED. The fridge & dishwasher?! Well my 4 and 5 year olds literally clean it better. I took endless pictures and figured DO NOT call right away. Let me cool down before I blow up. I'm paying 175 something dollars for what exactly? I just drove an hour going and an hour back home to see this house that didn't look like anything was touched, not to mention driving all the way with a 4 year old 5 year old and 1 month old! DID I MENTION THEY LEFT WITHOUT TELLING MY HUSBAND?! They just left. He went looking for them to let them know HE CLEANED THE MASTER CLOSETS FOR THEM and found them GONE. They left their little dustpans in the bathroom and LEFT WITHOUT A WORD. I called her the following day and told her everything. Sent her all the photos. She told me "oh that's terrible I will go there personally and redo it". NO THANK YOU. She said "don't worry about it. We'll take care of you because I feel so bad this happened." A few days later I see on my statement she charged me $119. Really? $119? FOR WHAT?! I called my bank & disputed it. This was back in April. STAY TUNED AND KEEP READING---it gets WORSE Fast forward to TODAY. JUNE 21st 2016. I get a call from her telling me she noticed I disputed it AND WENT OFF NOT GIVING ME A CHANCE TO SPEAK...TALKING OVER ME TELLING ME SHEEEEE WENT OVER THERE PERSONALLY AND CLEANED. LIARRRR! No. You. Didn't. THAT WAS THE SECOND LIE FROM THAT COMPANY....then said..AND I QUOTE... "I accommodated you because you told me your brother in law got into an accident or something so I switched dates around..." WHAT?! No. That was my B-R-OT-H-E-R. He didn't get into an accident. HE DIED. MY 40 year old brother SUDDENLY DIED OF A HEART ATTACK. I had to arrange for his funeral so my parents wouldn't have to plan his burial. THE DEATH OF THEIR FIRST BORN. I was planning his funeral while trying to figure out the sale of my house. I WAS SO LIVID I HUNG UP ON HER and blocked her number. I haven't been able to calm down since. What an unprofessional insensitive jerk, who not only has liars working for her, she herself is a liar telling me she went there. SHE WOULDNT EVEN STOP TALKING ENOUGH FOR ME TO ASK HER WHEN SHE WENT!! There was a lock box on the house, at what point did you go there? Not the day of the cleaning, because you would've disputed my complaints of how terrible it was. ALSO SHE SAW THE PICTURES AND AGREED IT WAS A TERRIBLE JOB! and when I asked about the 6 hours?? She said "no it was 6 man hours, so 3 hours for 2 people..." WHAT? THAT MAKES SO NO SENSE! DO NOT HIRE THEM! read more

They are the most thorough cleaners I've ever had. I used them first when living in a small 2 bedroom condo shared with my mother in 2011 then again in 2012 when I moved into my own large 3 bedroom condo and they always amazed me as well as being reliable enough to leave a key for them. Upon returning to Illinois I called them yet again for my mom's place. The owner Lyndera is awesome, very professional and knowledgeable. They are not afraid of clutter and never make excuses.
