1 Star - Dishonest, Poor Cleaning, MOLLY MAID BROKE MY MICROWAVE!…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. This was an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. After the clean, the employee asked me to check the oven, and as I was doing so, I opened the microwave. Immediately, the top piece fell off. Instead of taking responsibility, she quickly claimed it wasn't her fault and that it was like that when she was cleaning. That was completely false--it was not loose before, and from what I could see, it looked like something that had to be unscrewed before being removed. Since the two cleaners had to leave for their next job, they called in another employee, to check it out. She took pictures and then casually asked if I could just super glue the piece back on. Are you kidding me? I explained that we were cleaning the house because we were putting it on the market to sell--this was not an issue we could just patch up. The employee Googled the part and found it on Amazon for $100, but when I called the manufacturer, they didn't even have a replacement available. To make matters worse, I showed the employee that the refrigerator hadn't been fully cleaned out and pointed out several other areas that were not cleaned properly. She left, saying that the manager would call me. The manager did call later that day, but instead of owning up to the mistake, she blamed the broken microwave piece on the vibration of opening and closing the door. False. Instead of offering real customer service, she made excuses. I also pointed out three other areas that weren't cleaned at all. Her solution? A $100 credit for the broken piece, but we had to order and install it ourselves. She did, however, send another cleaner the next day to fix what the original employees missed. At the end of the day, this company lacks accountability, overcharges customers, and does low-quality work. Instead of admitting fault, the employees and management make excuses and blame the customer. Save yourself the headache--do not use this service!

She has been an absolute lifesaver, and it has made such a difference having her help with keeping my house clean. I travel frequently, spending about half the year outside of Illinois, and it is such a weight off of my shoulders to know that I never come home and worry about what state it will be in. I also struggle with ADHD, which makes creating and sticking with habits very difficult, and I have had the privilege of developing a routine to keep my stuff in order with biweekly services with her team. Girly works with my schedule and I never come back from being out of state to a home I'm miserable to be in. As for the value? While what this service provides for me is truly priceless, I do believe she is very fair in her pricing, and she delivers on what she says she will.
