Robert and his crew did not deliver as promised. I paid them to clean my tile and promised it would look like new. I waited 24 hours before evaluating heir work and there were still sections that looked dark and dirty. I reached out and they promised to come back. Made an appointment but they never showed. Tried calling them a few times and reached out on Facebook messenger and never got a call back. They were a "no show". Looking at the other reviews, this is how they run their business. If you are reading this and are considering Deeds, save your money and look for someone else. Save your time and money. read more

Very professional and courteous. Did a great job removing various stains on my very light carpet. Made good time and had fans to help the carpet dry quicker while he was steaming. read more

He's been cleaning our carpets for the past 10 years, I'm usually pretty satisfied with the work. I haven't had my carpets cleaned in a while so I gave him a call. He was scheduled to come in last week and clean our carpets in the morning. Some time passed and he didn't show up, so I gave him a call, he gave me an excuse and we decided to reschedule. A few days pass, and once again he doesn't show up, this time he didn't return any or my calls nor did he apologize. A week goes by and I decide to give him the benefit of the doubt because my carpets really needed cleaning. He agreed to come in a few days, same thing happened. He's very unprofessional and clearly doesn't value any of his long term customers. I recommend taking your business elsewhere. It is incredibly rude to treat a paying customer like that. read more

I contacted Robert to get quotes on my carpet and couch cleaning. He told me he would work all day for $500. I said ok. Well you can clean two of my couches , ottoman, tile / grout and carpet. He agreed to it , I even asked him to repair the grout that's missing and he said he will rep since his machine will blast out any old grout. He ended up canceling on me three times and he admitted when he was at my house after the fourth attempt to make him keep his appt with me he tells me he was canceling so much on me bc my house was a bigger task than he planned for the $500 of work . He also made other appts after me , knowing he was suppose to be here all day for the money agreed upon. He was going to try and charge me another $100 for my couches even after the negotiations bc they were sectionals , however I sent him pictures of everything and informed him of the dog urine saturated in two bedrooms and one couch. He guaranteed me the smell will be gone permanently bc he uses this product called unchained . Instead of charging me $100 he asked for a case of bud light beer. I went to Costco and bought the case bc I felt he was hooking me up on a good deal. I'd rather pay $32 for a case of beer vs $100 additional on top of the $500 of work. He showed up with another guy ( I'm guessing a friend or family member ) , this guy did most of the work while Robert drank beer and walked around the house. They finished the couches , carpets and stairs. The downstairs is mainly tile. I went outside while they completed the rest of the house. When done I peaked from the garage door and noticed it was all wet, there was a lot of foot prints , a chalky residue and hair in certain areas from His mop. He touched up a few things once I brought to his attention. I paid him the $500 even tho he didn't work all day, he just worked 2.5-3 hours. However he told me he would come back and do the grout and seal all areas needing it. He never came back to do that job. I had to get my kids from class, I come back and the entire tile dried and it looked dirty, it was powdery and when we walked foot prints were everywhere behind us . I was losing my mind. There was a lot of dog hair on the sides of the stairs in between the walls caked in there , he said his powerful machine will get it ( it didn't ) . The urine smell came back within three days. He said he just got back from a Vegas trip on chemicals for carpet cleaning and he has a product that will do the job. He also has this light that shows where all the urine is. Made the appt for a Saturday to show up and do that , husband waited and he never showed. I messaged him numerous times, nothing back . He blocked me from Facebook, I couldn't make a complaint on bbb bc I don't know all the information they're asking from me about his company bc I only have his messenger account on fb to contact him. I filed a dispute with my bank cc I used , I have pictures of the crappy work, damages , messages from Facebook promising me certain things to be done and proof he flaked out on our appointments and others on fb have complained about him. Now I have yelp review proof also . Don't go through this company, you do get what you pay for and I have learned my lesson. read more

Robert Deed,s is awesome great customer service. Wonderful attitude fabulous carpet cleaner read more

I cannot sufficiently express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with the service provided by this company. I was essentially guaranteed that my tile (grout) would look "like new". It was obviously impossible to determine the quality of work while the tile was wet, but I was assured that once it dried it would look like new. Well, that was definitely not the case. A number of areas looked exactly the same as they did before I had the cleaning done. Repeated attempts to contact the owner led to more disappointment as I was promised a return visit on multiple occasions to address the areas that needed to be done over. Excuse after excuse led me to give up on them and chalk this up to a poor decision to hire an unprofessional service. Don't make the same mistake. read more

We are new to Temecula and were in a bind trying to find someone to clean our carpets on a Sunday morning. We found Deeds Carpet Cleaning on Yelp! and decided to give them a try. I called and he gave me a quote on the phone, but said that he couldn't give me an exact quote without actually being on the premises. Robert came out on a Sunday morning. (He was even a little bit early.) He was very polite and very courteous. He did a great job and finished in a reasonable amount of time. The price after he looked at the house was better than expected and we didn't even need to use any coupons. We will definitely use them again when it's time to clean the carpets. read more

I called Robert on Sunday morning and an hour later he was at my house cleaning the carpets. He made my old stinky carpet with a lot of pet stains from our new puppy look brand new, which I didn't think was possible. He was in an out in an hour and the price was as quoted and very affordable. I am extremely pleased with the service he provided and I intend to use him again for my couches, tile and grout! read more

Terrible job. Showed up two hours late with no call. He spent more time on phone than actually working. Charged me 300$ and I had to have my house redone. Smelled like wet animals after Robert left and I don't even have any pets. Terrible job read more

My carpets were beyond dirty. Living with a cat, a dog and two kids I had little hope they would ever look like new again. Robert was early, cleaned them up fast and now they look look clean. Had a lot of stains that he got out and some he couldn't that I guess I'll have to buy a rug for. Overall I'm pleased. read more

Robert cleaned my carpet and it looks and smells outstanding. He was very professional, courteous, and quick. Don't mistake his speed for a lack of quality. I'll be utilizing his services at my other rentals! read more

Prompt estimates, showed up on time, personable and friendly, fantastic job in all five rooms. I'll use them again.

You get what you pay for. Have used Deed's before and Robert was prompt and did an ok job of cleaning my carpets. You won't find anyone cheaper than him in the area. Unfortunately, he was supposed to come out this morning and not only did he not show, he didn't call, text, or reply to my text or voicemail. It seems this is a regular occurrence with him. Will not be using him again. read more

Robert Deeds was recommended to me by my realtor - and she has never been wrong. Robert did a fantastic job on my white carpet. He was very professional and friendly (like that when I'm paying someone). He even was flexible with his schedule when I had to change the date. His prices are definitely reasonable. Fantastic job. I will use him again for sure. Thank you Robert! read more

He said he would he would be here by a certain time and he was right on time. Not only was he very reasonable and gave same day service, my carpets look great and I had him shampoo 3 chairs. I cannot say enough about what a great job he did. read more
