This company is the best carpet cleaning company I've ever used by far! A number of years ago, my dog got into something very poisonous and created a stain in my carpet that was about 3 feet across. Tony came out and worked on that stain until it was completely GONE! More importantly, that stain never came back...never! 10 years later I replaced the carpet when I did a complete remodel of my home. 15 years later, I am still using Tony, even though I've moved pretty far away. I've tried other carpet cleaners, but my carpet looks dingy after only a few months. Tonys products and method last me a few years. Super nice guy, very experienced and very detailed in his work. It was horrible, he quoted $42.00 for two rooms, showed up and said I lied to him and it would be $200.00. I can hire Stanley Steamer for $99.00. Tony (the owner & operator) is extremely rude and unprofessional. He walked in and was very confrontational. Very aggressive and acting strung out, would not be surprised if he was high or drunk but something was off. I would not recommend him stepping one foot into your house. My mother was in tears after he left because of how rude he was. We were not satisfied with the job he did at our house (if he did anything at all) so we decided to clean it ourselves. We cleaned it TWICE 3 weeks after he had claimed to have been there and the water was still filthy. Not sure who Tony is paying off to write all of these fake five star reviews because he is not worth them. Here is a picture of the water after we cleaned it ourselves AFTER tony came out to us. Believe it or not, my carpets are actually cleaner now compared to when I moved into this place a year ago and I have been living here with a large dog. Wonderful, Great, Fantastic and Awesome!! I can't say enough to express the job that Tony did on my parents carpets. They were terrible the worst I had ever seen in a home. The stains and odor made me gag. I had called three other companies and they all told me that they wouldn't touch them. I was told that the carpets were ruined and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately that wasn't an option. So I called Tony, when he came even he was shocked. I had thought he would turn and run but, he told me YES he could do them. I asked if the smell and stains would return in a few weeks. Tony explained that method that he used would remove the stains and odors completely! And for a little bit more he could actually restore them to almost new condition. I was shocked and delighted. The process was done over three visits and I felt his charges were more than reasonable. The equipment that he uses is extremely quiet and doesn't disturb the neighbors with hoses running everywhere. Most importantly the carpets look and smell FANTASTIC! He restored the original color and pile. Dad even noticed how much better they felt on his bare feet and he never notices anything! Mom is also thrilled with the results.
