Even during COVID, I drove 20-30 minutes each way to bring my kids here. That's almost two hours of driving every day, but it was absolutely worth it. I always knew my children were safe and in good hands with Renee. Renee really spends quality time with each child. She has such a calm way of doing things. You can see it in our daughter; she's so calm and loving, and I know a big part of that is because of the wonderful care she got from Renee. We couldn't be happier with our experience.

I was extremely worried going into the process of someone else taking care of him during the days at his age, but I cannot express my gratitude enough for Miss Rene. I visited and toured multiple daycares before seeing A to Z Childcare, and this blew all others exceeding expectations. She well prepared my son for Pre-K (where he is now excelling) both educationally, personally. He has become a stronger-willed, more independent, and more intelligent child since he first started preschool. In the time my son spent here, he learned the entire alphabet and how to read 3-5 letter words, learned addition and subtraction equations, facts about animals, shapes, the world, etc. He is more confident in the way he speaks and stands up for himself, which was a concern I voiced to the school his first day. She kept me informed on my son's progress almost daily, and took the time to speak to me when I needed guidance or advice on continuing my son's progress at home. She is the nicest person I have ever met, and my son and I felt so comfortable. I am thankful for the time and attention they put into my son. I would recommend A to Z Childcare over any daycare in Orange County.

Ms. Mahsa truly cares for the children and is so patient and kind with them. Her creativity is amazing. Our daughter comes home with a new art project literary everyday. Ms. Mahsa also comes up with very innovative ways to teach the children about different concept (eg: while teaching the kids about the lifecycle of a butterfly, she actually bought the eggs/larvae and the children watched them go through the cycle to turn into butterflies). Additionally, the curriculum is very balanced with academic leaning, arts, a daily visit to the park/outdoors, weekly yoga and baking sessions. Ms. Mahsa is also very communicative about the children's progress and always happy to answer any questions we have. Our daughter has had a truly amazing time at Happy Orchard and we are sad to leave. We highly recommend Ms. Mahsa and Happy Orchard :)

The teacher is very caring, patient, and attentive, and our child always felt comfortable and loved there. Because it's a small homeschool setting, our child received plenty of personal attention and support. It's also conveniently close to our home, which made daily drop-offs easy. Most importantly, our child enjoyed going every day, which meant a lot to us as parents. We feel thankful to have found such a nurturing place for our child's early education.

The teachers are warm, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about both academicsand play--they strike that balance perfectly. Highlights so far- They transformed the classroom with adorable play tents so the kids could "go camping" and explore the outdoors indoors. During a travel‑themed month, the children made their own passports and "visited" different countries, learning about traveling, food, and culture along the way. STEM month was another favorite: the kids spent their days building things and discovering how technology and engineering shape the world around them. The school also welcomes parents with regular gatherings, and the community is genuinely kind and involved. We couldn't be happier with our choice--this place has been a wonderful start to our son's education and growth.

Where do I even begin... and how can I put in to words how much we have loved our time at ICDC?…read more My daughter joined ICDC at just 10 months old and she's been lucky enough to call ICDC her home away from home for the last 4 YEARS! My daughter was one of the luckiest kids to have been in all of the classrooms - Infant Room, Toddler Room, Pre-1, Pre-2 and Pre-3. We've been able to meet/experience all of wonderful teachers and staff who truly make the place special. And it's no wonder so much of the staff has dedicated 5,10...20 years of their careers to ICDC and teaching & caring for our future generations. They truly care about the kids social-emotional and educational development! They have lesson plans, help the children gain independence and have lots of hands on learning experiences inside the classroom and also with off site Field Trips. They even have a yoga instructor come in every Monday to do yoga session with each of the older classrooms!! How cute is that? ICDC is truly special in all that they do, they have little events like: Mother's Day Picnic, Donuts with Dad, Holiday Family Pajama Breakfast, Spirit Week and much much more! They really do a great job giving families the opportunity to be involved with the school and my biggest advice is to 100% participate in all that you can. Attend all the events, volunteer for teacher appreciation week, go to the fundraisers, attend back to school night, and build community within ICDC in any way that you can. Again, I can't say enough kind words to truly convey our experience with them these last 4 years, but the time has come for my daughter to start elementary school. I am so thankful for the foundation in education, confidence, kindness, and care that ICDC has given her. She walked into the center every day with a smile on her face, and that gave me so much peace as a parent. Choosing a daycare is one of the hardest decisions you'll make, but from my experience, choosing ICDC was the BEST decision I could have made. I trusted them with the care of my only child, and in return they gave me so much more than I ever expected... They gave her a safe place to grow, lifelong friendships, confidence, unforgettable memories, and a genuine love of learning. They also gave me the priceless gift of knowing my daughter was loved, supported, and cared for every single day. We will forever be grateful to be a part of the ICDC family, and although we're moving on to elementary school, I know this place will always hold a special place in our hearts. I hope that if you find this review and are lucky to also call ICDC home, that you will love it as much as we did!

I had…read moreheard many stories from coworkers of having to get on waitlists while pregnant, high costs, etc etc and was very anxious once my maternity leave neared its end that we wouldn't be able to find a suitable place. We toured many daycares- some in-home ones and others with facilities (ChildTime, etc) but none compared to this. Our first in-home daycare before arriving at Little Explorers was truly abysmal (breast milk wasted, instructions not followed, few updates, TV on every day...), so when we toured Little Explorers and saw the peaceful environment and amazing parent experiences, we were truly so relieved. My daughter has been now at Little Explorers for just over a year and I've felt such a peace of mind having her there. The app updates and photos were so appreciated, especially when she was fussy with breast milk and transitioning to various foods. In many instances Ms. Julia was able to get my daughter to drink more milk than I could even do at home. In addition, my daughter's egg allergy was taken seriously and I am so glad the school provides NUTRITIOUS healthy food that is home cooked! She loves the birds and bunnies there, as well as socializing with the other kids. Highly recommend this place to any new and experienced parents :).

It is truly a bittersweet moment for our family knowing that he will be leaving what has become his second home, and we felt compelled to share our experience with other parents searching for a childcare program for their little ones. What Julia and Vlad provide goes beyond a daycare or early childhood education. They have created a warm, family oriented environment where my son felt loved and encouraged to grow. We are eternally grateful for the role they have played in shaping our son into the kind and curious little boy he is today. Not only is he leaps and bounds ahead in his language and math skills, but more importantly, he has developed a strong sense of integrity, empathy, and independence. Every day, we dropped him off knowing he was in the care of people who genuinely loved and cared about him and his development. I believe that that type of peace of mind is something every parent hopes to find. In fact, among all the excitement for starting kindergarten, one of the first questions he asked was "will Ms. Julia be there." The memories we built here are priceless, and Julia and Vlad will continue to be part of our lives as family friends. We wholeheartedly recommend Little Explorers to anyone looking for a place where their child will not only learn, but truly thrive.

Redwood Little School has a very warm, loving and caring environment for our kids. The teachers we encountered are great and I am forever grateful for them. My son started off in the babies room and we chose it cause it was (at the time) the only school that allowed me to come in and continue to breastfeed my baby during my lunch break. Apparently, before COVID that was rare. My kids returned a year after COVID and going to a different preschool for a brief moment. They loved their teachers. To this day- these teachers are among their favorite Ms. Shakina, Ms. Lorraine, Ms. Cece and Ms. Evelyn. They have all taken the time to work with our children, prepared them for Kindergarten and gave them the space to thrive and grow in a loving environment. Class sizes are small and they get the attention they need. They also serve nutritious and delicious breakfast, lunch and snack for the children and accommodated to allergies. They ate a variety of food beside peers which made them adventurous to try new foods. Mr. Michael's music program is amazing and my kids took piano lessons during school hours. They also had soccer shots program during school hours (which set the foundation for my son to get into club soccer). My niece who also attended did dance and gymnastics at the school during school hours. Twice a year they hold a musical performance and throughout the year, families would be invited back for multiple festivals including ones that show off the child's work. Almost once a month there was some type of event. The older kids also have field trips to sing at the local retirement homes. Here I know exactly where our money is going and appreciate how it's being used. Childcare nowadays is so expensive and knowing how they are spending the money makes you appreciate their leadership. We are grateful to have children who are alumni in this school.

Unfortunately, after 4 years of our son attending SACC, I have to update my review. I'm not going…read moreto go into the full details here because it's a personal matter. But it's important to note that we had fantastic experiences with the TEACHERS. This 1 star review is for the admin staff. This school is not equipped to handle children who might need a bit of extra support with neurodiversity or behavior struggles. The admin staff put in the bare minimum effort. While here, we had the following happen: - Admin staff recorded a video of our child having a meltdown as if he was on display instead of intervening, and they sent it to us via their app. - The office space where the admin staff works looks like a hoarder lives there, and they bring children back there if they need to regulate or need time away from their classroom. This area is not child proof at all, and when my son threw a marble it shattered their monitor and we ended up paying almost $1000 out of pocket to replace it. When we asked for the old monitor so we could try to fix it, they didn't reply. - We had our contract terminated with zero warning, while we were out of town. We were given a 2 week notice to scramble to find new care. We were told that our son was moved to a new classroom as "a final option" but that was never told to us. We had no idea that we were at risk of his care being terminated. Our child was devastated. The teachers also told us that they were NOT informed that this was going to happen. If our child needs extra support (beyond what we already did such as obtain an IEP and send him to ECLC for extra help 3 hours a day) we understand, but the communication was disgusting and disrespectful of the 4 years of time our son has been there. I wrote up a long response to them and it also was ignored. In talking with their contracted behavioral consultant, she agreed that this school does not offer adequate support for children who need extra help with age-appropriate behavior struggles such as the need to regulate their bodies, inability to sit and focus for long periods of time, issues with transitioning between activities, or kids who don't want to nap. If you've got a perfect angel kid and the admin never needs to get involved, SACC is fine. But they're in desperate need of new admin staff. There's a reason they haven't been full for a very long time. I fully expect they'll reply here and misconstrue the truth, and I'm not going to be baited into replying. Just consider I spent $100,000 of my money here and still return with a 1 star. My son is now thriving at a new school, and surprise - he's never missed his bus. They love him and he's had zero behavior issues at his new school in the 6 weeks he's been there.

During the time my child attended this school, they were getting hurt almost daily -- including scratches on the arms or face and bruises on the body. When I asked the teachers, they would apologize but often say they didn't know when or how it happened. On one occasion, when I picked up my child, she was still bleeding, and no first aid had been provided. That was extremely concerning. What concerns me even more is that although there are cameras, the teachers often take the children to areas that seem to be out of camera view, making it impossible to verify what actually happened. Given this experience, I find it hard to understand how the school is now receiving such high ratings, especially when most of the positive reviews appear to be very recent. It does make me question the authenticity of those reviews.
