I left today after waiting 25 minutes after my appointment time before advising Therese I needed to reschedule and explaining that the complete disregard for my time is terrible. I completely understand that things happen but they are tracking at 100% I am seen after my appointment. Sometimes I am brought back to sit and wait and sometimes I am just left to sit in the waiting area. Here is the thing, had someone come out and explained that the provider is running behind and provided and est time I would be seen I would probably wait but I am just left to sit all while watching the provider walk back and forth to his office no less than 5-6 times. When I voiced my concern to Therese she did not respond, she just looked at me like I was insane. She looked at me like, how dare I expect to be seen on time. The dental work is "OK", Cannot really say anything bad about that, but value your clients, value their time. I am never late for my appointments, because I value their time. They know they are running behind...do me the courtesy of a call to advise me of this and ask me to come in later or reschedule. But...nope...ZERO client respect and value.

They got my down payment of $500+ saw my daughter October 4th and again right before Christmas. I noticed my care credit card wasn't being charged (automatic payments) in December and was told they no longer take care credit. I could not afford the 233.xx they wanted to debit from my bank account every month (hence the care credit) so I told them in December I'm looking for a new doctor. Fast forward to February and I started getting texts about her supposed upcoming appointment. I cancelled from the text and I called and left a message to cancel (could not get a soul to answer the phone) as she was starting with a new doctor. Meanwhile I managed to pay them $700 for my October, November, December payment. 2 days after the "missed appointment" they sent an email saying it was nice seeing her at the appointment?!? Wait what I cancelled 2 ways and didn't even go. So I went to the office and said we didn't even go to the appointment and I told them I was leaving them in December. They said there was no record of that and was very rude and told me that they are allowing care credit to those who started with it before they stopped taking it. I proceeded to tell them that she's no longer a patient there and I would like a refund of the $2000 they have already gotten from me between my insurance and I and they said they would have to review it. A week later I got a nasty letter in the mail saying they are discharging my daughter from their care and a check for the care credit charge for February that they charged without my knowledge because they told me they didn't take it. So basically they are saying it costs $2000 for the dentist to evaluate you for braces, put them on and change the wires once. What a pack of lies. Now this mess is hurting us with her new orthodontist because they insurance already paid the full benefit to this office. The doctor here is nice but watch the awful money greedy office staff. They are the rudest I've ever encountered.

We Do Not Recommend Bright Now! Dentist of Springhill!…read more I had a very frustrating visit to Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics in Spring Hill. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed unorganized and unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled that they couldn't find even though I showed them the confirmation email and text reminder, but I still had to wait for over 30 minutes past my appointment time before being seen. The receptionists weren't very friendly or welcoming either. She was extremely distracted by the music videos on her phone and facebook. When I finally got in, the experience just got worse. The office was dirty, and it didn't look like it had been cleaned properly in a while. The waiting area had trash on the floor, and the examination rooms didn't seem much better. On top of that, the dental tools they used looked dirty, crusty and unsterilized, which made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about hygiene. The dentist didn't take the time to explain the procedures clearly or listen to my concerns and was just taking on $$$ for what they wanted to. It felt rushed, like they just wanted to get through the appointment as quickly as possible. The office also smelt moldy and felt really stale and uncomfortable, which just added to the negative experience. To make matters worse, I was way overcharged for services I didn't even receive. After calling 12 times and leaving voice mails over a month when I finally reached someone in the office to ask for a refund, they refused to take responsibility and completely brushed off my concerns. I tried speaking to the manager, but she didn't seem to care at all and I was told someone would call me back. It's incredibly frustrating to be treated like this, especially when they are in charge of your health and money. They also tried to upsell unnecessary treatments and were very pushy about it. I didn't feel like my health and well-being were the priority here, just the bottom line. I won't be returning and would definitely recommend finding a different dental practice in the area. If the office was as dirty the day I was there, how clean is the tools they are using in your mouth to drill in your bones and teeth??

My copay was close to 100 dollars each time. When I called my insurance company about it and they told me that this was untrue; they pay for a complete cleaning at one time. 2) Then I received a bill in the mail for $290 with a letter saying my insurance refused to cover this particular bill. I called my insurance company and they said they never received such a bill. 3) I had a temporary crown put on while I waited for a permanent crown to be made. When the assistant tried to remove the temporary she couldn't get it off so went and got a stronger instrument. Using that managed to get the temporary off and also to break the remaining bit of tooth that was supposed to support the permanent crown. The dentist installed the crown anyway, but it is very loose and moves easily causing my gums to be irritated and even bleed sometime. That was never addressed. It's really hard to eat anything this way! 4) Xrays revealed a cavity under an old crown, but the dentist left it, instead scheduling several other procedures including another 2-part cleaning (so it was 2, or actually 4 cleaning appointments in one year). In the mean time the cavity became infected and when I called the office about it, I was directed to go the the webpage and request an emergence appointment. I did and was told that they would to call me and schedule an appointment. I waited two weeks, but never heard back. This afternoon I called another dentist who has me scheduled for an emergency visit tomorrow morning. I would not recommend Bright Now Dental.

I paid $7,000 upfront for dental work, and ended up with gluing my broken teeth in every day…read more I went to this dental office in Oct/Nov 2024 for crown repairs on four teeth and to replace both my upper denture and lower partial. I paid $7,000 upfront, expecting quality care and a functional result. What followed was seven months of pain, delays, and disappointment. The crown procedures were excruciating. The anesthesia wore off within 15 minutes, and I was injected multiple times. At one point, I was told I had reached the maximum allowed and still wasn't numb--yet the drilling continued. My jaw swelled and bruised for weeks after each visit. I've never experienced this level of pain with any other dental provider. Next came the denture work. The team attempted to modify my old lower partial to fit around the new crowns but broke a clasp in the process, making the partial unstable. They made a temporary one, but it didn't fit properly. For months, I had to rely on gluing my old partial in daily (and still do see end of review) using Poly Grip while waiting for the new dentures. Over the next six months, I had numerous appointments for wax try-ins to select the proper teeth. Each visit brought new issues: the wrong shade, incorrect size, misaligned center line, etc. Six months in, they finally found a match that worked. When the final dentures were delivered, I noticed something shocking: they had no back molars. None. Every denture I've had before included back molars, which are essential for chewing food. I made another appointment and brought my husband along. We met with a dental assistant, explained the issue, and showed her my previous denture sets--all of which had molars. She seemed confused by the omission and called in the lab tech. We explained that four molars (two on top, two on bottom) needed to be added. She agreed and went to get the dentist. When the dentist entered the room, he immediately launched into a hostile tone. His voice was raised, and he accused us of being "too tense." We had said nothing more than, "We'd like the four molars added." We were calm, but he claimed he didn't like our tone. He then stated that he didn't understand the issue and that I "needed to learn how to chew." To try and deescalate the situation, I softly said, "I would please like my four teeth put in my denture plates." His response "There you go--that's all you needed to say," delivered with dismissiveness and blatant condescension. He left the room. My husband and I sat there, stunned by his behavior. The lab tech and assistant returned, apologetic and professional. I showed them again what needed to be added. They confirmed the plates would be ready in three days. Three days later, I picked up the dentures. Yes, the molars had been added. But after all this and 7 months into this, the dentures still did not fit properly. At this point, I was exhausted, emotionally drained, and completely done with the entire process. I left with the poorly fitting dentures and decided to seek help elsewhere. I found a denture repair clinic 1.5 hours away--Quick Denture Repair in Tavares, FL--and saw a gentleman named James. He was professional, respectful, and most importantly, skilled. He successfully repaired the top denture plate so that it now fits properly. Unfortunately, the bottom partial has a metal frame and was not salvageable for repair. As a result, I've had to come up with my own workaround: I now pair the newly repaired top denture with my old lower partial--the one the original dentist's office broke--and glue it in every day. While far from ideal, it's the only solution I've found that allows me to chew food without any discomfort. After 8 months, multiple appointments, and over $8,000 spent--including $1,260 for outside repairs--I left the original dental office with ill-fitting dentures and no lasting solution. It was the most painful and frustrating dental experience of my life. Along with being out all this money and not having a functioning set of new dentures. I absolutely do not recommend this practice.
