The park is divided into two sections, one for the big dogs and one for the small, which I love. The ground is covered in mulch so your dog won't get that muddy. There are covered and uncovered benches for you to sit on while your dogs play. People leave balls there in case you forget to bring one. There are water bowls, but no water, so be sure to bring your own. They had a poop bag dispenser but it was empty, so be sure to bring your own. Also, there's no trash barrels in the park, so you'll have to take the poop with you. People were friendly and the dog I brought had a blast. We will definitely be back to visit this little gem.

We have a dog park in Fall River, and I like to visit as many dogs parks as possible when I am on the road. I googled this one and we finally made it to Sharon to visit the park. Lovely location and great parking. Helpful signs and the people are friendly and suggestive about the park. There is a nice stroll into the park with wooded pine trees and a pond, very relaxing for the owner as they take their little furry companions on the way to the dog area. When we got to the dog area I missed seeing the small dog entrance so we entered the large dog park. No one was there until Bear showed up with his owner. They were so nice and friendly and Daisy had someone to hang around with in this large area. We did find the small dog area, but did not visit it. We also walked down the wooded path and enjoyed being in nature. I would recommend this wonderful dog park to anyone who would like a great place to take their furry companions. I also took some nice photo's of Daisy having a great time.

They charge $100.00 for any dog from outside of Newton to use the park. The park is very muddy and appears to be in part in Brighton. (Elmhurst Rd is end of Newton). The Parks hired a park ranger to issue fines unless all dogs have permits. The dog license is $20.00 and excludes all use of public parks (Off leash)

The two are somewhat similar with different color coded trails and a trail to reach a summit for the skyline of Boston (I didn't check that out here at Noanet Woodlands for this trip). I enjoyed coming here on the weekend: it was moderately trafficked (which I like so it's not *too* isolated), and easy/moderate trails (I prefer long, ambling hikes). The only thing is that the orange trail I took was a bit confusing/not super clear. The overall system does a good job, but I would be sure to download a map/have AllTrails active to ensure you don't end up in the wrong spot. I fortunately ran into some folks who helped me get back on track, but a heads up that it could get confusing as it did for me. Otherwise, a wonderful shady (important to know on hotter days) set of trails that I would recommend!
