I've tried different things with minimal relief. She was able to relieve some of the pain I was having using the right amount pressure by incorporating different techniques like cupping and scraping that other therapists hadn't done before. The bed also was warm and comfortable. Other therapists I'd been to before had only minimally dealt with my foot in spite of telling them about it. Overall good experience. Emily took her time, and really paid attention to my needs. I hated for the hour to end!!! I booked a 90 minute massage with Emily for next week. After meeting her the first time I knew she was a perfect match for me. Lynn has a very hands on approach, but is gentle and does not push you to pain. Lynn also explains everything she is doing and why she is doing it. She makes you feel very comfortable. She also offers great hours 6am-6pm, and even then if that doesn't work she will find something that does! Lynn sees her patients individually versus some PT's who have to see multiple patients at a time. Lynn spends quality time with you for close to an hour. Lynn provides a variety of stretches and will find you one that is comfortable for your current level. While I am glad I was discharged, I will certainly miss seeing Lynn!
