After a couple weeks my wife commented that one half of the floor seemed markedly cooler than the other half. I could sort of feel it but whole thing a bit subjective. Called Darren and he came out to look. I had pictures of entire remodel except a picture of the heating cables before they were covered up. Darren said he might have some. To his credit he told us he did have pictures and the installer did not have a long enough cable and switched to a larger spacing in the cooler side of floor. He said this is wrong and blamed himself for not seeing it and not the installer. A management subtlety I appreciated. He then offered to replace entire floor. That work was completed today.
