Excellent work. I'm very pleased. I sought quotes on Yelp for a garage entry door installation and…read morethey were one of the replies. After exchanging some messages regarding cost and suggestions for door type to purchase (steel, fiberglass, etc), I decided to go with them despite not seeing any reviews. Andre arrived on time, we discussed the project and he got started. As is always the case with home repairs, there were a couple minor issues once the existing door was removed. Andre consulted with me on what would need to be done to troubleshoot and tackled the issues like they were no problem. He got the extra supplies needed and replaced the interior trim that does not come with a new door. I'm really pleased with the quality of work and my communications with both Andre and Jeremiah. On his way out, he mentioned they do other work (electrical, plumbing, etc) so I asked him to take a look at an electrical project I'll need done in the future. Andre clearly knows his stuff and gave very good advice. This was neither the cheapest nor most expensive option of the quotes I solicited. But the installation is excellent. I'm very glad I went with them and will be calling them in the future.

Needing to have our backsplash done, kitchen window framed, and a vent hood exhausting to the outside world, my husband and I were just tired and didn't want to tackle it and end up with bad results. Called out to a few contractors via yelp, and ran into the issue where many didn't want to come out because our work wasn't a complete remodel. But here comes Hi Tech Builders Dor Inc and I was surprised that Dorin was happy to come out and look to see the project. He came on time for our free estimate, very professional and very knowledgeable. He could see our mistakes right away but was so graceful about it and reassured us that it wasn't too bad and our mistakes could be fixed. He promised us an estimate right away, and literally sent it within 48 hours! It was detailed with the work scope, and pricing was very clear. We booked it on the spot and he showed up each of the 3 day job on time and worked the full day. He was extremely professional, kind, and walked us through what he was doing and made sure we were aware of costs to fix our mistakes. It felt too good to be true but I will say, it wasn't. The end result is absolutely amazing and I'm in love. Pricing was honest and fair, quality surpassed my hopes and expectations, and additionally, Dorin went ABOVE AND BEYOND, and took an entire cabinet and leveled it for me and fixed the corner of my laminate countertop that I couldn't get straight or flush with the other side. I highly recommend Dorin and his team and will hire him for all my future projects.

Christian and his team were professional, courteous and incredibly respectful. Ivan, one of his painters saw me struggling with something and rushed over insisting to help, then checked in again to make sure we didn't need anything else! Eric, the electrician, made a point of explaining any of the work he was doing and always asked if we had any questions or concerns. Christian checked in on the progress regularly, both in-person and via email updates, and was also sure to extend us as much time as needed to answer any questions (we had many!). We notified them on 6/12/24, on 6/24 George himself came out to look at the pan and measure the closet to see if a new appropriate drain pan would fit because not all comply with current codes. He ordered the new drain pan, scheduled to have it installed but also commented on the review I left, he asked if he could come by. We said he could come verify our statements when the pan was installed but his team Brian and David were well aware of a number of issues prior to our final payment. Today, August 2nd the new drain pan was installed as George did acknowledge that is the proper installation for the set-up we have. He also reviewed a number of items, offered to fix what he could. While it was a nice offer/gesture, our experience with the team (Brian & David and all the sub contractors) made it impossible for us to accept. George indicated he was not aware and that a number of these items could have easily been punch list items to be taken care, but that option was never given to us. George did in fact reimburse us for a different issue. I'm grateful George stepped in and that he was willing to at least look into it. I'm more grateful he acknowledged and did correct the drain pan and I appreciate his offer to correct what he could. The crew that was here did an excellent job (from what we can tell as of today). It's unfortunate it had to be escalated but I can confidently say, when it was, George did everything he could to get taken care of appropriately. He communicated frequently and everything went very smooth.
