One week before the event, they emailed me wanting to drop them off Friday since they said they're close on the weekends. I had too much on my plate, so I wasn't able to check my email that week. Friday came, and that's the only time someone tried to reach out to me saying their delivery guys were already at the venue. When I clarified it with their customer service, she blamed me for not checking my email they sent 1 WEEK PRIOR TO MY EVENT. They said they can deliver it to me on Sunday with additional inconvenience cost! HAD I KNOWN THIS INFORMATION, I WILL NOT BOOK WITH THEM SINCE I ONLY HAVE THE VENUE RENTED FOR THE DAY. After complaining and arguing to the very rude manager, he finally resigned and said it was a miscommunication, and they will be delivering it for free. However, given the stress they put on me, I didn't want to deal with them anymore as they seem to be not very reliable. I asked for a refund, but they said they're not doing refunds, and they only give credits/gift cash. I will only get married once, and given my bad experience, I don't think I'll ever attempt to use that gift card anymore. So, there goes my money down the drain since their contract isn't really flexible to their customer's needs, but ONLY THEIR OWN GREED. Giving poor customer service and not disclosing important information before the purchase like delivery time, then saying you can't refund if you cancel is just pure DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. Plus, the chairs were not even wiped ready for the next customers. They wanted to get free storage for the weekend and gaslighted me again and again saying other previous customers were okay with it. We ended up getting another supplier who rented the chairs for a cheaper price with better quality. Overall, it was very disappointing!
