Weekly reports lacked basic chemical breakdowns and only provided a photo of a meter. ​Weeks of Ignored Algae Blooms: Despite multiple messages alerting them to worsening algae over several weeks, proper testing (like CYA) wasn't done until a company leader flagged it when called me after I notified them I was cancelling. ​Offering free service doesn't fix persistent bad service. Updated to one star because the rock waterfall leaks nonstop on all sides…read more Previously 2 stars because the rest of the pool was alright but unacceptable to pay this kid of money for amateur craftsmanship. Would not recommend. Took almost two months to do the project because they showed up maybe once a week. No communication. Had to intervene a few times on the rock wall to correct craftsmanship and it still looks horrible. The fact now that it now leaks beneath the wall on all sides is completely unacceptable.
