Rati took measurements and produced a fair quote. Once I'd committed, Rati and his partner bought supplies beforehand (from their own assessment) and produced a fantastic platform for a new washer dryer that had to be raised a few inches from the floor to clear a pipe. All their work (included mounting various window treatments and a 65"tv) was executed with care and precision and Rati handled all snags (missing hardware, irregularly placed studs) with efficiency - I'm a fan of business that assume responsibility for a job start to finish.
