We gave them every opportunity to make it right -- visiting multiple times and being told each time we had to wait until the tree was completely dead for an exchange. Now that the tree is dead, we went back expecting them to stand behind their word. Instead, we were met by the owner, who was rude, combative, and completely uninterested in anything we had to say. He refused to even listen, talked over us, and acted as if we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. This business clearly has no understanding of customer service, integrity, or basic professionalism. They are quick to take your money but take no responsibility when their product fails. Save yourself the frustration -- there are plenty of nurseries in the area that value their customers and their reputation. Graff Gardens & Farms is not one of them. Save yourself the time, Graff Gardens sells dead trees and dead promises!

I decided to give Graff Gardens a call since I haven't been over to their location in a few years; The reason is my landscape property is overflowing with plants. I desperately wanted one more specimen tree. I called and they confirmed they had Gingko Trees. That very day, I took the half hour drive to Worth suburb and a delightful young gal took me directly to the location where the Gingkos were grouped. A Great selection of Gingkos were awaiting my choice. Purchase was easy and delivery was a breeze. The delivery driver actually brought the tree into my back yard garden. Graff Gardens average is amazing. The place is huge and busting with all sorts of plants, perennials, shrubs, trees, conifer, indoor/outdoor decor and of course, fertilizer/treatments! I have bought from Graff Gardens before. They were the first to market the Blue Montgomery Spruce Shrubs in the area. I bought many Montgomerys from Graff Gardens. Tom Gollick and his team did an outstanding job. The entire job included the designing, planting of arperzvites, pine tree, bushes, ground cover, and plants, as well as installing the outcropping and paver stones. Their hard work and good ideas resulted in beautiful back yard setting. The Fields team was very efficient and adjusted well to whatever ideas and modifications my wife and I suggested.
