I was apprehensive about the ductless units being on my walls in the kitchen and living room. They were very honest and open about what it would look like, where the units and piping would go both inside and out of the house and assured us that the two units would cool the house down completely. After receiving the quote we decided to wait a few days to talk it over. When we called back, they were able to come out the next day to install our units. We had two men do the installation. They were very kind to my dog and even took their boots off when they walked into the house! We told them it wasn't necessary as we have a dog and my husbands in construction but they insisted. They swept up after themselves and took all trash with them. You couldn't even tell that they were here except for the fact that our house was nice and cool soon after they left. We got a few quotes from different businesses but the customer service and fair pricing made us chose them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would do business with them again in the future.

I got on phone, toldnhim my concern. He said he would be out, never showed. So he had faulty intentions. Unfortunately , his business address is a single residence as I was physically going to go to the business. I understand things go wrong, but a professional business should deal with issues in a professional manner. Next Now to proceed legally. May call "Ben has my Back" I am not giving up! The transfer switch was fried. I called Multi State and Jake agreed to stop by on his way home that afternoon. He completely disconnected the switch and was able to order the replacement.
