My daughter and I went on this tour and it was really fun and so interesting. We learned a lot about the history of the area and the people who lived there. We would highly recommend it!

It was hard to make friends (keep in mind, I am social type of person) and do the things I love. I met Steve on Facebook. He was so kind and you could tell from his posts, that he just wanted to help people. I finally reached out to him and attended an event. It was an event that was the beginning to my "normal." It was the first event I attended and honestly was a bit nervous bc I have been to "meet-up" groups and well they weren't all pleasant experiences. Everyone was so nice, inviting, down to earth just good people. Everyone has their own personality, no one judges, we come together do fun events, events that help our community, we learn at these events...it's just an awesome experience. I could write a whole page!! The point is...I got involved with this group looking to make friends. Not only did I make friends, but these friends turned into my second family here in Atlanta. I can't explain the type of gratitude I feel towards everyone in this group. If you are looking for fun, adventurous, community helping type of people, your search has finally ended!

We were set to arrive early but got dropped off in the wrong spot by or Uber driver. We got help from staff at their own site daycare center and everyone was so friendly and hospitable that a shuttle service was radioed to pick us up and dropped us off in-front of the building where the tour was scheduled -- TOTAL SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY HANDS DOWN! FIRST: We checked in with security upon arrival and received a radio and lanyard. SECOND: We were brought into a room with other guests for an opening movie where we got to hear a bit of back story on the company. Our Tour Host: Evan Hodges was GREAT & Very Informative!!! THIRD: LET THE TOUR BEGAN!!! Saw the Test Kitchen and "the Nest" which is their training center. Got to see Chick-fil-A's History Museum which included old school cars and the Original BAT MOBILE!!! LASTLY: We were guided through Truett's office, saw a Closing Movie and Visited their Gift Shop! It was an unforgettable time that I was honored and grateful to have experienced such a storytelling experience inspired by the life and vision of Chick-fil-A's founder, S. Truett Cathy. It was a great BLESSING to have been invited at no cost to me and my guests! Please Note: Affordable tickets can be purchased for this experience on their website: www.tours.chick-fil-a.com I DEFINITELY recommend to anyone who is an avid Chick-fil-A Lover and encourage learning about this amazing company's unique story... it's truly... one. of. a. kind. One stop was literally a gas station where we heard about "creepy dolls" and a haunted mirror. Yes, we did see real landmarks - Fox Theatre and the Georgian Terrace, + a couple more - but the Fox tale was pure fluff and nothing about the Terrace or any of the others was remotely eerie. We mostly stood around on a slow Monday night and watched delivery robots up and down the streets that were more interesting than the tour. No sources, no access, no atmosphere. Also, the "tour guide" told us it's rumored that Wayne Williams of the Atlanta Child Murders took some of the boys he killed to St. Mark United Methodist Church on Peachtree St. and briefly left them there in the basement before he disposed of their bodies. She then went on to say that the church now holds children's services in the same part of the church and that it's "creepy." Give me a break. I've lived in Atlanta for a quarter century and have researched that case extensively, and I've never heard of anything so ridiculous until now. There's also nothing online to support it. If you're expecting legitimate stories, a little theater, or even one genuinely spooky stop, this isn't it. Cut the sales pitches, pick actual sites we can experience, and tell fewer, better stories with citations. Until then, hard pass.

This tour takes you to a lot of places in Midtown that I would've never seen before but now I want to experience these places as well. I've never been to Piedmont Park and I will be going back to visit. But the tour guy was amazing. He knew a lot on the tour and I will say he knew all of our names. It's hard to learn one person's name, but having to learn that seven people that were on the tour and being correct every time it was impressive. They give you a helmet and teach you from the beginning how to ride, slow down, come to fast stop so you are comfortable before you even start the tour. I absolutely enjoyed every moment of it. I highly recommend you take this tour if you're ever in Atlanta.

Our group of four booked a Segway tour weeks in advance and arrived as scheduled, only to be told upon arrival that the tour could not proceed because their tour guide was unavailable that day. We were informed that they had attempted to notify us the day prior, while we were in transit, but no meaningful effort was made to ensure we actually received that message. A voicemail was left while in transit that only gave the name of the person to call back. We did respond message the company back but no message of details was sent to us. There was no information given us that the tour had been cancelled and there was no effort by the company to call us back this morning to indicate the tour was canceled. Instead this company allowed us to show up. When we showed up this morning, the office was dead quiet. The one staff easily could've contacted us before we arrived, to have allowed us to make alternate plans. As a result, we showed up expecting a confirmed booking. While an apology and refund were offered, that is the minimum one would expect in this situation. There was no attempt to find a replacement guide or propose an alternative solution, despite the significant inconvenience caused. What was most concerning, however, was how the situation was handled. As we calmly discussed next steps among ourselves, we were unexpectedly told that we were making the staff member, Sammi, "uncomfortable". Despite the fact that even though we were highly disappointed we remained polite and measured. We were then asked to leave, and the door was locked behind us, which felt offensive as well as entirely unwarranted given our demeanor. She should've called us that morning and if anything that would possibly be why she was uncomfortable because of her own mistake. Our disappointment was warranted and we were not in any way aggressive, moreover never have any of us been called that. It's preposterous that her mistake, resulting in our disappointment and regrouping could be attributed with making her uncomfortable. She could have a higher tolerance for customers and customer service vs blaming validly disappointed customers for frustration which she caused. We are reasonable, respectful customers and simply expected clear communication and a basic level of customer service. Unfortunately, neither was demonstrated here. I would not recommend relying on this business if your plans depend on them.
