The dispensary is spacious, with a well displayed showroom. They have had a wider variety of concentrate products to choose from compared to other dispensaries consistently. They offer delivery, but you have to live fairly close for them to deliver it to you, just check your address on their site to find out if you qualify before purchasing for delivery. They offer curbside and in-store pick-up as well. Parking is right in front of the door, so you can't ask for anything more convenient than that. Solid dispensary, I recommend.

Upon arriving at the store the store employee who was very nice was talking with me and I told him about how I received a discount from the online store which was great! The employee went on to tell me that if my puffco item is discounted it will void my warranty. He even went on to tell me how he's encountered customers in the past who have had this issue. Naturally I decided to purchase in store so I could keep the warranty. (If you were told your $400 product wasn't warrantied wouldn't you?) I come to find out that I was misled by the employee and I could have kept my online order (with the 25% discount) and still maintained the warranty through puffco. I reached out via the website hoping someone could help me and unfortunately I was met with short answers and a total disregard for customer service. Considering I was given incorrect information from a store employee which ended up costing me 100+ dollars I was anticipating them to recognize the mistake and hopefully attempt to right the wrong. Instead I was told "we can't do anything about it no more" and they promptly ended the discussion. Highly disappointed as I thought the shop and store employee were great and had a nice selection, but I will not give my business to a company who disregards its paying customers so flippantly.
