I'm not sure why this place has a near 5 star review…read more I'm new to the Vape scene. Like all of you, I'm trying to quit smoking tobacco. I went in there to a cluster fuck. A mat was rolled up against the door nearly tripping me. I look in the far corner to see people playing the popular game Fortnite. I told the gentleman I'm new at this and I wanted to get a certain item. He seemed irritated that I didnt know all the terminology. I asked him if they had a certain flavor I was looking for that my co worker had. He said the flavors don't get that intense. The employee had no interest in HELPING the customer and seemed to want me out as I told him I'd take my business else where and left. The only reason why I'm giving this place 3 stars is because of the near 5 star review and maybe I can in at a 'bad time'

I first came here at m sister's recommendation…read more The gentleman who works and I assume owns the shop (I keep forgetting his name and I feel like a jerk) is amazing. When I bought my Aspire, he was patient and helpful, teaching me how to assemble it and fill it, and I could watch him mix my fluid which was both fascinating and reassuring. They keep a few binders of menus of the MANY flavors available, including a list of best sellers for newbies like me. The fluid tastes great, and it smokes cleaner than anything else I've smoked so far. The shop is comfortable with a very chill but still professional atmosphere. I've never seen people hanging around here like I have when I'm (unfortunately) had to be at other shops.

This place is awesome!!…read more First of all, HUGE compliments to Big Red! He is a model for outstanding customer service! Good customer service goes a long way and I spent more than anticipated as a result lol. He was very knowledgeable about their various hemp/CBD products (and wow they have a HUGE variety from liquid to edible to smokeable .. anything you can think of! Must be 18+ to purchase these FYI) and happy to answer any questions you may have. He can also get clothes in different sizes if needed. I loved their selection of women's clothing. They had a nice variety and what I appreciated is that I found things that fit me nicely (it is hard to find bohemian and tie die outfits that fit me right .. they either hang unflattering or are built for thin women without curves). They even had belly dancing skirts that are so cute! There are some bathing suits as well. Whoever is doing the ordering for women's clothes please keep up the good work. There are men's clothes too .. I didn't take a good look but I know I saw a lot of hoodies and T-shirt's. They also have everything you need for your smoking needs. They have some local crafts and some cool things for your house too .. limited though. Prices are great too. If you're into this kind of stuff it's a MUST visit. I know I'll be back again!

The staff gathered the details of the gift intention and broke down all the considerations from mildness to country of origin and how to trim the cigar for use and how to enjoy. I ended up buying six individual El Rey Del Mundo cigars that they encased in a separate cigar box and loaded it with matchboxes and included the cap cutter. I had such a lovely experience and hope my family enjoys the tradition of celebrating the joining of families with a cigar!
