I found Decadent Macaroon on Instagram and I knew I had to see it with my own eyes. They have a vibrant Insta page and web site. So off we went. Decadent is located in a strip mall in Gilbert with plenty of parking. As soon as we walked in I felt the cuteness. They have great natural light with lots of windows. The interior is mostly decorated in pink (even their coffee machine is pink) and sparkles and the nicest seating I have seen in a coffee shop. And the tables all have flowers in glitter ball vases. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and soon after we ordered. I really wish I would have taken a seat and perused their whole menu. They have a hand held menu, like you would get in restaurant, of all their coffee drinks- such a nice touch! They offer some fun concoctions. I chose the Summer in Paris- because it included coffee, white chocolate and lavender- YES! My dinner mate chose the Queen B complete with coffee, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Prices are pretty fair at $6.50 for large specialty lattes. Both were good, although I would have liked more lavender in mine. We loved the macaron choices. Fun flavors like churro, earl grey, and orange cream. I was a little underwhelmed by the chocolate peanut butter but the strawberry lemonade made up for it. My coffee mate chose the churro (have this one!) and birthday cake and liked them both. We were a little surprised that the macarons were smaller than we have ever seen- larger than a quarter- but not by much. I did not feel bad having two for my cholesterol, but at $2.25 each I wanted a little more. While we were sipping our coffees, I saw 3 people come in with boxes and having them refilled, which they do for a 15% savings-another nice touch. Very good coffee stop. read more

My son is obsessed with macarons and I'm obsessed with coffee so this was the perfect stop. It's been on my list for a little while but it's a 45min-1hr drive for us depending on traffic so I made it a point to stop here since we were in the area for something else. The inside is cute and clean. The staff was nice and we were immediately greeted when we walked in. The selection of macaron flavors is overwhelming, it's hard to choose because they all sound yummy. There isn't a super long menu for their specialty drinks but all of the options sounded good so it was difficult to choose too. Anyway, I got a 6 pack of macarons and the golden hour drink. We got salted caramel, cake batter, caramel macchiato, cookie dough, earl grey, and churro macarons. ALL of them were to die for but the cookie dough (has an actual piece of cookie dough in the middle and comes in the cutest shade of blue) and the caramel macchiato ones were our favs. The coffee was probably the best coffee I've had and I have drank my fair share/tried a lot of coffee spots. It was not sweet and had a strong coffee flavor which I appreciate because a lot of times the coffee flavor is masked by sweet syrups and stuff. We only say for a few minutes but it is a cute place with tables, couches, and a patio. If I lived closer, I would definitely be a frequent visitor. read more

My friend and I visited Decadent recently and I've returned multiple times since! They have different flavors frequently and even cute/fun-shaped macarons. All of their baked goods are delicious and the workers are welcoming, kind, and friendly. The facility is clean and beautifully decorated. I really love the space and the environment, I want to visit again and sit inside for longer to do homework or study as the environment provides a space appropriate to do so! Holy macaron-y, Decadent Macaron's macarons are incredible! This beautiful, women-owned, pink cafe specializes in French macarons, but also offer pastries, desserts, coffee, and more. It's located in the new shopping center, Verde at Cooley Station. There's plenty of free parking, especially behind the building. I was picking up a pizza order next door and decided to stop by DM to pick up dessert. I was greeted by the young and friendly staff right away. I arrived fifteen minutes before closing and was pleasantly surprised to see they still had a good amount of macarons on display. There were nine flavors available. Even though it was tough, I was able to narrow my order down to six: rose, salted caramel, spiced honey chai, butter pecan, churro, and cake batter. I love macarons and have tried many, though none from France yet, and these macarons are one of the best I've ever had! My husband -- also a macaron lover -- and I couldn't get over how these macarons taste exactly like the advertised flavors. Each bite is full of flavor! First off - this is one of the cutest and trendy restaurants that I have been to. I fell in love the second I stepped through the door. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful when they were assisting me. Let's get to the best part -- the treats! I ordered a box of 6 macarons (+$13.50) and a queen b iced latte (+$5.50). The flavors I ordered were the unicorn fruity pebble, carrot cake, churro, cherry almond, pistachio, and salted caramel. I was pleasantly surprised! They were flavorful and just all around delicious. Such a gorgeous space & super friendly...I came to Decadent Macaron this morning for my coffee. I ordered a drink from their secret menu (mentioned on their IG), here's what I got... Chai Barbie (but dirty- added espresso) Macarons are rose & lavender Everything was delicious! And my dirty chai although looks like it might be sweet, was not. It was perfectly balanced, you get the chai, you taste the spro and the pink cold foam is really light and airy not sweet, topped with freeze dried strawberries. 10/10 for sure! read more

Definitely can't say enough good things about Decadent Macaron. We have been here a few times now since opening and thoroughly enjoy it each and every time. Their collab with space coffee was a fantastic choice, we have loved what space coffee has to offer since they were just a coffee cart. The coffee is smooth, flavorful and distinct. Not overwhelming or bitter as some beans or blends can be. When we first stopped here I tried the weekend festivities. It's their cold brew with banana cold foam, soo goood. Lately we have been enjoying the after party, which is caramel infused with bourbon and vanilla beans. It's delicious and one I will keep coming back to. I've never enjoyed macarons until I tried them from here. Usually they are crunchy and fall apart, they almost taste old to me. We have tried many flavors at this point and they are all delicious. Some of our favorites are the salted caramel, pistachio, cherry almond, cake batter, churro and lemon blueberry. On mothers day i was treating myself to a trial workout in this plaza with a friend. We had fun but needed to catch up a little and decided to grab a coffee here without much insight into what and incredible treat was waiting for us. I had one of my daughters with me and got her a single cookie, she demanded that we take a box to her sisters and with a lick of her frosting i was in total agreement (i also needed one). The coffee was amazing, the detail put into every corner of the shop, the merch and the flavors was incredible. We are itching to go back and get there early to try the breakfast pastries. The macarons appeared to be a little flatter than I expected, but they had the characteristic ruffled pies, and each biscuit was dense and not hollow. So, points on texture. The flavors I tried: Rose Key Lime Lavender Cake Batter Cherry Almond Churro Full Flavor for each and every one!!10/10 on flavor!! The staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered a dozen total, 1 box of 6 for me and 1 box of 6 for a friend. So, I didn't dine in. Loved this place. The girl who helped me was so sweet. She was attentive and encouraging giving me great flavor recommendations. I loved the strawberry cheesecake flavor! She was patient when packing my boxes and had such an positive joyful attitude the entire time she was serving me. I never really liked macarons because they are normally hard and flavorless and remind me of styrofoam but this is a whole new cookie. These cookies are out of this world tasty. The texture and flavor combines for a delicious experience. They have so many flavors to choose from and it was truly a great variety. Also whatever rose iced coffee drink I got was amazing too, I will reorder it on my next visit. They serve your coffee "for here" in a super cute glass with a heart shaped straw. The shop was clean and bright, a great vibe that just made you feel pretty by looking at it. It reminded me of a tea party setting but with coffee and macarons. I live near Decadent Macaron but haven't given it a try until today. I got there right before they closed at 3pm (Sunday) and they were getting ready to close shop. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean and stylish it is. I didn't get the name of the young woman that helped me, but she was very friendly and helpful (she had dark hair, tattoos on her arm, and was strikingly beautiful). She helped me pick out a 12 pack and a 6 pack and they came in a nice box. Now to the macarons - they are great! They are the best I've ever had. I took one of the boxes over to my mom and she said the same thing. I live less than a mile away and definitely plan on coming here when I want to pick up some treats. read more

Accidentally visited this little gem, while we were waiting for someone to show up, at Crust, Simply Italian(another great eatery). Ordered one of their vanilla scones, and a white chocolate mocha. I'm not a coffee drinker. So when I stop at a coffee place, I always order a white chocolate mocha. Today, this one came in a big, China cup. Best white chocolate mocha, I've ever ran across my tongue. Not one hint of bitterness, and Nya(server), was incredibly sweet, and professional. The ambiance, was definitely aimed for the female population, as everything is painted pink & white. A perfectly girly, beautiful macaron shop in Gilbert. The space itself is really aesthetically pleasing and inviting. I'm French (born and raised in France) and I'm not sure I would call them French macarons, but they certainly are tasty, and the shop offers lots of flavors. I took off one star because it was a bit pricey ($22 + tip for a black americano coffee, a non-alcoholic drink, and 2 specialty macarons, which are super-cute and larger than the regular macarons) and the service was just lukewarm. I wouldn't call it unfriendly, but it could certainly have been warmer. Would still recommend this place! read more

I love this little spot! Tasty sweet treats and nice selection of drinks from coffee, teas, and some specialty drinks (non-alcoholic). This place doesn't disappoint. I especially love their specialty macaroons which changes from time to time or season. This place does get super bright during the highest point of the sun and nothing is really helping addressing that (e.g. tinted windows, light curtains). Seating is also limited so beware of that. I had made lunch for a couple of my friends. One brought over a beautiful box of 12 Decadent Macarons, all a variety of flavors for dessert. The only other time I've ever had Macaron's to compare was place by me in Desert Ridge Mall where I had purchased from in the past. Beautifully packaging, they looked a bit small and skinny , not fluffy. Now for the taste test. I had the Pistachio, Orange Cream, a blue shell with chocolate, another that I couldn't figure out the flavor, and Cookie Dough. Honestly I'm not an aficionado on Macarons only the one time I had before to compare. These did not have a lot of flavor. Beautiful and they weren't bad tasting, but again the cookie part was flat and the taste was all the same for the most part. Even my friend said "the outside was a bit soggy, not lightly crunchy and she just purchased and brought them over directly. I'm glad my friend brought them over for me to try though. I've passed this place a few times and finally decided to give it a try. It's a small business located inside Palette Collective, right behind the coffee/drink station. It's not that big, but they have an ample selection each day. Overall, the macarons are not bad - I've had better and I've had worse. Pricees are on par with other handmade macarons ($2/each for a standard macaron), filling is smooth, and the macaron shells are crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside. I only wish the shells were a little less flat and had a bit more flavor. With that said, the employer that helped me was super nice. She was patient with all my questions and helped me decide on trying the fruity pebbles and earl grey macarons. Cute place, and will try some of their other flavors. The colors are gorgeous of these macaroons, but aside from all that beauty it comes down to quality. The macaroons are on the smaller side, as compared to other macaroons spots I've been too. The flavor of these little treats is consist with its label. For example, their strawberry macaroon is a true blend of sweetness right off the vine. They are not fake; but fabulous. The creative center can be seen in the oddities that they deliver to the customer. One of their flavors is a cosmic array. If the Milky Way galaxy was to have a flavor they captured it. Let your imagination fly and soar. All their macaroons are made fresh and in house. It's a wonderful shared collective here among the shops. Allow this stands alone, across the way is a small cafe that makes a mean latte. Have that cafe au lait with your macaroons and then wander to a seat and enjoy some solo time to reboot. For me this was a little shopping complex located off the interstate 10 running next to the Chandler Mall. It's easy access and a place that I enjoy! I came to check out the new store at Verde. It's beautiful inside. I love the aesthetic. As someone who doesn't drink coffee or tea I would love to see a fancy hot chocolate or something on the menu. I did see they have lemonade that I'll have to try sometime. I ordered a box of 6 to try a few flavors. The churro is amazing, loved the almond cherry, raspberry is delicious. I will have to come back sometime soon. I did feel like $14.55 for 6 very small macarons is a lot. I compared it to Chunk cookies for example where you get a box of 4 massive cookies for $12 that you can share with multiple people and potentially multiple days.
