He has seen my case evolve drastically over the years, and has always been there to clean up the pieces of other attorneys who were new to the business, or left to other companies. Now, for the last roughly four years, he has been my primary attorney. Arthur is not a typical attorney, in the best of ways. He is kind, caring, and always does his best to get to the root of the problem. He'll give you honest, straight up advice. Arthur is not in this to pad his pocket, he does this to help families. I would recommend Arthur to anyone, including my closest friends and family.

We opted for the highpressure water based treatment. Carpets came out very very good given the amount of 'spot damage' from our two little doggies (be aware they cant completely get it out, and water cleaning will cause some 'wicking up' from underlying carpet pad). Everything bright clean. Jacob was very professional, knowledgeable and quick, We're very happy, highly recommended!
