I had great experiences during all 4 visits with Dr. Cheron and his staff (consult, root canal, and two bleaching follow-ups). The front desk staff were welcoming and went over the costs with me ahead of time. I was very nervous for the procedure but Dr. Cheron and his assistant Tanae were skilled and caring that I didn't feel any discomfort besides some expected pressure and vibrations. I experienced no pain after the root canal, no issues with eating/drinking, and my tooth's color had visible improvements within 24 hours. During the procedure, Dr. Cheron kept me updated on his progress and what he is seeing, and did multiple X-rays to check his work before moving on. I was able to see before and after X-rays of my tooth by the end of the treatment. I was very impressed with the level of care, communication, and transparency I received as a patient. Like other reviews mentioned, they will play music of your choice during the procedure; initially I thought this was just for fun, but it actually helped me to relax more.

Kristine who handles the front office is kind and competent with scheduling, billing, and insurance. She always manages to squeeze me in to Dr. Monfared's schedule whenever I have an emergency. I recently cracked a molar and had throbbing pain, and she gave me an appointment the same day. Dr. Monfared went above and beyond trying to save the tooth with a root canal, but when she discovered a vertical crack she recommended I have it extracted. The dental technicians who work with her are also caring and efficient. They provide neck cushions, blankets, and calming classical music with a headset--I've almost dozed off before during a root canal! I've been down the root canal territory…read moremore times than I would like to admit, but Dr. S really took his time at the start to explain all the steps he was going to take, review the film with me, and was especially concentrated, deliberate, and careful during the procedure. I felt like he would have spent an hour answering my questions prior to and after the procedure if I continued, but all in, he made no assumptions on my knowledge and both he and his assistant were operating at an extremely well choreographed level that made it clear they knew what they were doing and never rushed. A place I don't really want to have to come back to... but if I need to, it would certainly be here with this Endo.
