Dr Cantrell's office is wonderful. The staff is so nice. Dr Cantrell appears to care a lot which is rare these days.

I was armed with not one, but two MRIs from other doctors, ready to hear the dreaded "Let's schedule surgery" speech. Instead, I met with a genuine, down to earth, personable doctor that actually listened to all my complaints and I mean all of them lol. Not just "my back hurts," but also my entire medical history. Dr. Desaloms already has my MRIs up on a giant screen ready to review my issues. This office clearly invests in top-notch technology, and it shows. Love his PA Stephanie (extra bonus points for having her in his back pocket!). He's not the kind of neurosurgeon who pushes surgery just because he can. I may need it someday, but right now he's focused on what's best for me. That kind of organic, patient-first approach is rare. The entire staff at Dallas Neurosurgical and Spine, from the front desk, tech, PA to billing -- were exceptional people who obviously enjoy (and love) their jobs!

I flew to Dallas from Saint Louis to have my 3rd spine surgery with him a c5c6 fusion. He called me a anomaly during our telehealth appt, made me feel hopeless, almost 3 yrs now in 24/7 moderate to severe pain and have not been able to work as an RN and i'm actually signing up for VAD in Switzerland, that's how bad this has ruined my life, so be careful... i got a standing mri out of desperation. He didn't care to read it, a secretary said he wasn't obligated to read the mri since he didn't order it and dropped me as a patient after expressing how awful everything was going for me in my life due to this. 15 mo post op c5c6 fusion.... one simple layer... i'll never understand, but i am willing to pay 10k to d13 w VAD because of the debilitating pain i have been suffering in since 35 yo til now 38 yo.... almost graduated NP school, and couldn't, just 3 semesters away.... life i worked so hard for, completely ruined. BSN Oncology RN 10 yrs, can't work and just rot in one chair at my parents' house. i'm 90% chair ridden now and housebound, i dont even shower but every 2wks, dont put makeup on anymore... nowhere to go... i rot here crying all the time in extreme pain that nobody wants to treat.

I just completed my new patient evaluation with Dr. Saint Laurent. He is specialty trained in…read moreneurology so this is not your typical DC. I am so impressed with my first visit and the depth of information and things that he has experience in treating; I immediately made an appointment for my husband and my son for auto- immune issues. Meanwhile, his approach for my issue, which I have been fighting for well over 18 months, was new and different than what others had recommended and I am hopeful we have finally found a solution ! Everyone in the office was very kind and friendly. I look forward to a long relationship with this practice.

The answer was YES. After 4 appointments and spending close to $900 I realized they were not submitting claims. My insurance company confirmed that ProNeuro/Dr. St. Laurent submitted 1 claim (under a different Doctor's name) but ignored all of the attempts my Ins. Co. made to properly process the claim. The claim they submitted was missing information and proper medical billing codes. I then requested a SUPERBILL in order to file my own claims. After a long waiting period I finally received a statement which had incorrect diagnosis codes and service codes. It's been 3 months of chasing via email, phone and text and all I get is excuses and more excuses. Had they done their job I would have met my annual deductible by now, instead I get to pay more out of pocket due to their neglect. 3) Lack of Focus - After 4 appointments I still did not receive any treatment for my neck issues. Not once did we discuss how he was going to treat me. He just kept running blood work. ANS, SUDO testing and even changed my thyroid prescription. 4) Disrespect - My last appointment in July in the middle of my consultation with him and his RN the doctor stood up without saying a word, walked out of the room and did not return. I asked his RN where the doctor went and his response was "probably home" he then said let me walk you out and took me to the front desk. 6) Office Staff - unreliable and full of excuses so many of my texts and emails went unanswered. On the rare occasion they responded it was like going in circles and getting no where. 5) I did my homework - I checked with TBCE to make sure everything was in order with this doctor. I read all these 5 star reviews and I was very hopeful that he would be "just as great" with me and actually "help me" with my condition. IT WAS THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE 6) If you VALUE your time, efforts, money and medical care go elsewhere. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE
