They are all friendly and make it a priority to please their customers. And their finished product is always superb! I recently brought in a formal cream-colored dress that had red wine spilled down the length of the entire side. While it took a few extra attempts (wine is stubborn!), they kept it until all of the stains were removed, with no additional charge. In addition, I think their prices are fair. Men's laundered pressed dress shirts are $1.99 (about the average rate in Jacksonville); dry cleaning varies (my formal dress cost $17.) I intend to be a Goal Post customer for many years to come.

The staff was polite and attentive upon drop off and pick up. The cost for the 4 items I dropped off actually ended up being fairly reasonable as well. I was just a bit concerned about that as I wasn't told upon dropping them off. I was given the option of how quickly these needed to be turned around. Overall a very good experience. Nothing to do with Herman Jackson's, but parking is always an adventure in San Marco and it would be nice if they had their own parking. It would also be nice to have an idea of what the cost was going to be before leaving the drop off but the fact that it was reasonable more than made up for that.
