Which I doubled check the online as sometimes it says online only and it didn't. There was only one cashier but the line moved quickly so it wasn't a big deal. I asked her if she can price match since the sale in store didn't reflect the price online and she said she needs a managers approval to do so and the manager should hopefully be up here quickly to help with my issue. Well the manager never came as I waited and waited some more. Apparently the manager was in the back working on something and didn't have time to help a customer out which is why she never made it up front. The cashier however did the override for me of the price change and apologized for the inconvenience. 2 stars cause the manager couldn't stop what she was doing to actually help a customer out. Poor customer service on her part, why have authority if you can't help out a customer at a retail job you work at which is solely customer service based! And also for the sale not reflecting in store. (So glad I caught that and didn't pay more then I needed too). So make sure to double check online or in the app before you purchase anything from here.

When we arrived, we were told the order had been canceled--without any notification, call, or email. The manager that evening assured us the issue would be rectified and that everything would be ready by 12 PM today. We returned at 1 PM, only to find that nothing had been done again. Miguel was the lead we spoke with, and the manager, Ceaser, told us he would personally take care of it--but once again, the order was not ready. As a last-minute attempt, they offered a random cake and cupcakes at no charge, which were not what we ordered and not acceptable for such an important occasion. Because of this repeated failure, we had to leave our only son's baptism and birthday celebration multiple times to keep returning to Walmart--for absolutely nothing. The time, stress, and disappointment this caused our family is unacceptable. This was horrible customer service, complete lack of communication, and zero follow-through. We are extremely upset and will never use Walmart Bakery again. We will also be making sure our friends and family are aware so they do not experience the same thing.

Pick up and delivery was also spot on, extreme care was give to our furniture when it was picked up and delivered. Being this was the first time we had any furniture reupholstered I wasn't sure if we made the right decision, but decided to move forward after we went furniture shopping. Having our old furniture returned to us better than new was way more than we expected and we are thrilled with the decision we made and the company we chose.
