If I didn't trust them I would have left them years ago. Mario Montoya has been with me for the past several years and I have full trust in his abilities to manage all these properties on my behalf. In the past month alone, one of my properties was abandoned, another house needed a new air conditioner, another house needed a new fridge, etc. Ariana Jaynes, the newest star to step up with getting my abandoned property renovated, painted, new carpets and coordinating all the bids and getting the renters happy. She is energetic and treats me with the upmost respect. She got that abandoned house up and running in a week . Mario and Ariana had that property rented before the work was completed. I strongly endorse this property management company. These investment houses have tripled in value since I purchased them.

From the very beginning, we truly believe this entire experience was guided by God's perfect timing…read moreand plan. We feel so strongly that God placed Sam in the right place at the right time to open the door for us to find our home. My husband met Sam during a job walk for his commercial refrigeration company. Sam was there as the commercial realtor for the plant they were working at. During that conversation, my husband asked if Sam also did residential real estate. Sam shared that he did and immediately connected us with two amazing members of his team( honestly probably their best team members), Ron and Angeles. That simple, God-ordained encounter turned into such a blessing for our family. From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly smooth and well organized. Sam set us up with a personalized website that showed available homes within the areas we were interested in and within our price range. Being able to favorite homes we loved made everything feel easy and efficient. Shortly after, we were contacted by Ron, who met us at the properties along with his wife, Angeles. From the very first introduction, Ron and Angeles were warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to answer every question we had and made us feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. We toured four properties that day and completely fell in love with a new build that was slightly above what we initially thought we wanted but Ron and Angeles helped guide us through understanding the value, process, and possibilities without ever making us feel pressured. Ron was able to negotiate a deal that worked for us! He and Angeles were 100 percent invested and made magic happen. What truly stood out to us was how much this team genuinely cared. They went above and beyond to advocate for us, communicate clearly, and make sure every detail was handled with care. Buying a home can be stressful, but they made it an exciting and joyful experience. We just recently closed and were surprised by such thoughtful house warming gifts from Ron and Angeles. They truly went above and beyond from start to finish. We are beyond grateful for Sam, Ron, and Angeles and the entire Openshaw Real Estate team. We couldn't have asked for a better group of people to walk alongside us during such a big milestone in our lives. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for not just excellent realtors, but kind, trustworthy people who truly have their clients' best interests at heart.
