My first interaction was when Aaron himself picked me up on the side of 35, in the newest model tow-truck I've ever seen in my life. He was nothing but the utmost professional. My vehicle turned out to have some significant issues, and Aaron and his team did an outstanding job helping to navigate to the absolutely-most-cost-effective solution. Unfortunately, I had to pay $122 for the diagnostic but I by change had contacted on Craig's List another Mechanic who referred me to Erik. I had told Erick and he himself was shocked at my story! He new Midas was BS-ing and I went to him. My engine was still fine! I just needed new spark plugs which he believed Midas technicians damage by pulling it out the improper way and new great quality coils which I should have don vs buying from Ebay.
