My first interaction was when Aaron himself picked me up on the side of 35, in the newest model tow-truck I've ever seen in my life. He was nothing but the utmost professional. I had no specific place to go for repair, and Aaron offered the services at his shop. This was yet another time I was impressed with his service. My vehicle turned out to have some significant issues, and Aaron and his team did an outstanding job helping to navigate to the absolutely-most-cost-effective solution. I received a call around 7:45 pm and was told they were on the way and I'd receive a text invoice shortly from them, and found out half an hour later (I had to call them, they did not call me) they were not and they got "Side tracked." Finally just after 9:00 PM, I called Sweets and they took care of it immediately - within the hour - and I canceled the other tow. Dave was so nice - both in his kindness and listening when I explained the situation I was dealing with and his understanding that it needed to be done quickly as night time as setting in. Anyways I notice when going to work early morning my Chevy Trailblazer (Who I named Old Faithful) was reving really hard. As I continued to drive it out to where I had to go the Check Engine light went on. I had this problem before which is an Engine Misfire. On one of the Sparkplugs and Cylinders. I had contact my relative and she sent me to Midas In Eden Prairie, MN. Boy DID I MAKE A BIG MISTAKE. Midas told me I had to replace a whole cylinder head!! IT was gonna cost me $6k!! That is like a good used car! On top of that they we're inspecting other parts of the car that was not necessary! Unfortunately, I had to pay $122 for the diagnostic but I by change had contacted on Craig's List another Mechanic who referred me to Erik. I had told Erick and he himself was shocked at my story! He new Midas was BS-ing and I went to him. My engine was still fine! I just needed new spark plugs which he believed Midas technicians damage by pulling it out the improper way and new great quality coils which I should have don vs buying from Ebay.
