The girl was cool though. Autozone dudes literally wouldnt listen to me. I bought a battery from them for my Audi. I left my car running due to bad battery and i didnt wanna change it in the parking lot. Asked one of the guys to clear my error code for the MAF sensor i replaced a couple months back. Dude ran my codes, and told me basically what i asked. I repeated myself. Then I asked for a jump or battery charge or swap my old and new batteries out since dude shut my car off without even asking me. The 2 boys literally sat there and said they couldnt touch my car, they apparently dont have wrenches at Autozone. They told me they didnt have the proper tools and my Audi would never start again if they did anything with my battery! I changed my battery with a damn wrench yesterday. And then my buddy told me i could get money back by returning the old battery, those dudes did not tell me that! OReiliys is always good about parts, helping, advice. They're across the street from each other so now i will only go to OReilys. Ik the guys there actually know more about cars than the Autozone crew

Over a several year period, Hyundai and Kia had a problem with the motors - they use a lot of oil. The 10-year/100,000 mile warantee is great for that. Hyundai has test to check if the leak is acceptable to excessive. That requires 1000 miles with no iol added (or removed). We hit our 1000 miles on I-35 at about the MN state line. I tried to get the oil checked and seals removed at several service garages. Everyone was booked up or didn't want to take the time for us, until I called House Chevrolet. They were awesome! they understood the need and what needed to be done, rushed us in for the work, were finished in a half hour, and made the contact with our dealer/garage back home. I was using their serpentine belt tool and the handle couldn't take the torque I put on it and the hex shaped hole in the end broke open. I sent an email to OTC's customer service asking how I could get a replacement handle and how much it would cost. Less than a day later, they replied, "Send us your address and we'll send you a replacement free of charge."
