Dean was friendly and quick. He keyed three units for me. Keys worked great. He also responded to my request fast.

I rarely write reviews and decided to spend time to write this. My car key broke in the ignition while the engine was still running. I managed to turn off the engine manually but a piece of key was stuck. I contacted many locksmiths in the area but most of them told me that they don't offer this service. Others told me that the housing of the ignition needs to be replaced and it would cost 4-5 times more than just the removal of stuck key piece. I decided to go with Dean as he had very good reviews and most competitive prices. He managed to remove the broken piece from the ignition and made a key copy for me. He was very kind and experienced. Definitely will contact him if I ever need any locksmith services. read more

They offered a fair price in line with others and lower than others. Could get me in next day. Showed up and time and kept at it until he finished the job. This was for a car key duplication since my wife's car keys were falling apart and he took care of it even with the current key in poor condition. read more

Dean is the epitome of a true professional. He was prompt, provided quality work and finished the job in the time he stated. Dean went above and beyond when my initial description of the work was off a bit and he still lived up to his quote. Dean's pricing was not the cheapest nor the highest but inline and fair for this type of work. Do yourself a favor and don't always go for the least expensive. Quality and professionalism has a price tag as well. I could not be happier with Deans Lock & Key. You've got a customer for life. read more

I hired Dean to fix a severely botched job from another locksmith who had mangled our front door to the point that it would no longer open. Dean was able to fix the problem and completely repair our entry doorway in a few hours. It was obvious that Dean has the experience and skills to tackle difficult work, and I was very impressed by both his work product and professionalism. I will be calling Dean with any other locksmith work in the future, and I would encourage everybody to do so as well. read more

We got locked out of our garage on our way to work. I called at 8 and Dean was here by 9. He quickly assessed that it was an old-style lock and showed me how to properly use it and decrease the cost. He could have charged me a lot more and replaced it unnecessarily. I asked him his opinion about a second locking problem I thought couldn't be fixed but needed the door replaced. He said he could fix it and make my keys match, charged me almost nothing, and was in and out in a flash! I will always use Dean and recommend him to anyone! read more

I was out of town when I was notified that my son was locked out of the house. I put in a quote request on yelp and was fortunate to get a quick reply with a fair price from this locksmith. He gave me his number and promptly responded to all my questions through text. He agreed to be on standby should I need his services after arriving home from the airport. I ended up having a key that worked, however it really put my mind at ease knowing I had a way to get into my home after vacation. I highly recommend this locksmith read more
