Dean arrived at my location when he said he would, and worked over an hour on my car door lock replacement, which became more difficult when the new lock I had purchased didn't fit the car. He went the extra mile in re-building the old lock, which was much more difficult than a replacement. I paid him a little extra for that, even though he didn't ask.
