It has been less than a year since they re-did the concrete and were supposed to have put in drainage to reduce the issue of flooding. The area in question is flooded worse than before they supposedly put in the work, and the back parking lot entrance has potholes again. Myself and my office manager have both contacted Leveled Excavating LLC and have asked them to see if they can fix the problem. Promises were made over the phone but since November when I first let them know the issue has come back, they have not come out to see if there is any way to repair the repair job and we've had no contact.
