Throughout my first appointment he was very open and honest explaining everything that he was doing and not asking me questions I couldn't answer when his hands were in my mouth (I hate that). He also does his own cleanings and even asks the patient to take responsibility for suctioning their mouth, which I liked because it gave me a job to focus on rather than worry about what was happening in my mouth. After the initial cleaning and xrays I had to get two cavities filled. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments is simple and made the process of getting back to the dentist easy! Overall if you are looking for a dentist who will listen to you and help you through your fear Dr. Strcula is the person to go to!

He and his entire staff are extremely friendly and helpful. He is extraordinarily nice and detailed in what he is doing and your options. I loved that he would put the x-ray up on the screen and point out different areas that might need a filling, or ones that could wait, etc. I never thought for a second that he was trying to get extra money or fillings out of me, he seemed very honest in what needed addressed and what didn't. He was able to fit me in on very short notice, and I was extremely pleased with the fillings that he placed. I also felt the prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend Dr. Strcula to anyone looking for a new dentist.

When I posted a Google review she lied and said it was my behavior that was unacceptable. Either Dr Sitterle is too weak to tell her this isn't how a receptionist should treat people or he condones it. Either way, he is just as responsible for this outrageous behavior. I don't have a problem with a dentist not accepting my insurance. I have a major problem with an alleged receptionist hanging up on me . LEARN basic courtesy, decency and respect for others. When I came back for extractions I was numbed and then they did two fillings perfectly fine. When DR DAN went to do them I felt the pressure, but there was still pain, he numbed me again and came back and tried and still felt immense pain when he ended up breaking the tooth into pieces causing me to choke and only then did he offer suction to help get the pieces out. He then said let's try numbing you again and still unsuccessful. I am now in a tremendous amount of pain, severe swelling and I have to wait to be seen by an oral surgeon in hopes there was no damage to any nerves, or sinuses.
