Doctor was efficient and personable as was attending nurse. However, after I paid the amount due that day and insurance paid their portion, A small $7 balance was outstanding, which I was previously unaware of. Instead of merely requesting payment, I received a snarky comment from their receivables girl, stating they made me aware that day I owed the balance due. Today was my first time here, and I was treated with professionalism, courtesy, and pleasantness. I was greeted by a very nice woman at the front desk, didn't have to wait very long in the waiting room, and was taken care of by Dr. Bianco, and his assistant Lynn (Lynne?). I was a little stressed upon arrival, but was feeling much more calm during and after the procedure. Dr. Bianco did an excellent job making sure I was comfortable, and felt no pain, and Lynn was also excellent in assisting the doctor, and to me in making sure I knew what to do after the procedure. I wish I could give this practice zero stars. Whatever you do do not go here for any type of consultation or you will be charged for it. My daughter saw Dr. Bianco via video conference and they sent me a $75 bill and charged us as a exam when it should have been a consultation. I called our insurance company and they confirmed that it should be put in as a consultation code and they said they don't have any other codes. I feel like they are just trying to make some extra money. read more

Dr. Bianco was very good and professional. I can't say the same for his staff. I called weeks after wisdom teeth surgery that I was still in pain and the women I spoke with did not seem concerned and told me to call back in a week. When I was still in pain a week later, I visited the office and Dr Bianco said I had a dry socket, but it was too late to treat it since I had it for so long, it was better to just wait for it to heal on its own. When I mentioned to the staff I had a dry socket, I did not get any sort of an apology from them and instead was told that I must have had a high tolerance for pain since I wasn't crying on the phone to them... I would not recommend Dr Bianco mainly because he doesn't have his staff trained correctly and they don't seem to care about the patients well-being. read more

Dr Bianco performed surgery on me last September. It's the first time I have ever had extensive surgery where they put you out and open you up. It went very well. This is a great man. He is kind, warm and highly skilled. He is open, honest and absolutely makes sure you understand every facet of your procedure. He took away a lot of the fear and trepidation I had going in. He called to make sure I was ok after and I had several follow-ups to make sure that it went as he wanted and that I was happy. I am really surprised that this doctor received the good ratings that he did because if it was truly like that, I wouldn't be writing the one that I am. Let me start by saying that I never made it into the office to even experience any patient care from Dr. Bianco. My husband had an appointment scheduled for Friday at 2:30, which was scheduled 2 MONTHS AGO. Today is Wednesday of the same week and the office called to say that they needed to cancel the appointment at that time because the doctor was LEAVING EARLY FOR VACATION!!!! They proceeded to state that they can see him earlier at 12:30pm on the same day, but we advised that that he wouldn't be able to get there for that time due to my husband being in school until after 1:30pm, which is the reason why the appointment was at the time it was. The office staff stated that they were sorry and that they offered to reschedule it. I have now lost wages due to the fact that I requested off and my shift was replaced and now have to request off another day after we find another doctor to go to and God only knows how long we are going to have to wait to get an appointment with them. The office wanted to know if we wanted to reschedule...why would I want to reschedule with a doctor that doesn't have the people who he is servicing as a priority over his own personal time. I can understand an emergency, but for vacation, that's just poor professionalism. If you choose to see this doctor, do so with caution because he does not have any due regard for his patients and if he does this with the appointments, what is his patient care like? Be prepared to change your life around to accommodate the doctor. read more

What other doctor personally calls your home to check up on you AT NIGHT just to make sure everything is all right? He is extremely knowledgable, kind, compassionate and professional. He makes his procedures easy on you and makes sure you understand the procedure before he starts. They bounce you around from apt to apt with your actual dentist before they do any work, and you get an X-ray each time and get charged enormous fees for just a visit. Never did get my implant. Waste of time and felt like a scam - the dentist doesn't do any work and just sits back and gets paid while you keep driving out for a speech of why today isn't the time. Kept pointing at the X-ray and saying this is why. I told him it looked like blotch on the x-ray and to retake another. He retakes another and it is gone and tries making me believe it's still there. I have 20/20 vision, thank you, I can see fine. NO THANKS - stop robbing me. read more

Dr Bianco removed my son's wisdom teeth a few weeks ago and removed a broken molar for me today. I was extremely nervous and chose sedation. As soon as I was called back, there was a calm explanation of what was going to happen while they placed the gas on my nose. When they were ready to do the sedation, they placed headphones on my ears as another distraction. Before I knew it, I was waking up from what felt like the most rested sleep ever. He has wonderful bedside manner, is personable, knowledgeable, and seems to actually care about his patients. The only negative I can think of is that you may wait a little to be called back. Made appointment with Dr Blanco but ended up with Dr Singh. Office staff were friendly. Office was clean and comfortable. Kathy, (dental asst) went above and beyond my expections! She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. If I were rating Kathy, would give her 1000 stars, as she lights up the sky! However, Dr Singh was EXTREMELY ROUGH! He did not even use numbing topical gel first, just harshly jammed needles into my mouth! When I told him he needs to use the topical first, he still did not use it! Had procedure 3 days ago, am still in severe pain, (Tylenol #3 not helping), and had to go back to my dentist to get started on antibiotics.... My dentist said it is not normal to be in severe pain with alarming swelling after procedure... I should have been told I would not be seeing Dr Blanco when I made appointment, would NEVER return to Dr Singh, he is very rough and painful. Most painful dental procedure of my life, still in agony with extremely swollen jaw 3 days later! read more

We took my then 7 yr old son to Dr. Bianco for a tooth extraction. My son was very afraid and the procedure was not done. Dr. Bianco told us that he was only alive for 7 years and to let some time pass (6 months or more) for maturity and to return to try again. We did as asked and the problem has only gotten worse. When we called to set up another appointment his office fluffed us off and told us to try another dentist. When we called the other dentist they had over a two month wait. Dr. Bianco let this problem progress without telling us he had no intention of having a second visit.
