Well, here you get to get a second pick of those pallets. The inside is very much a hodgepodge of broken boxes and random items. To entice others, they leave a few items of reasonable cost stuck in the detritus of shelves, they also hide a premium table in the middle of the store where you get to fight a mob of fellow shoppers for some of the picks of the litter. It's entertaining in a thrift store with fomo mentality. Some items are worth the splurge, but most are very random specialty parts of questionable quality or weird and funky items you never really knew existed. Give it a try if you're brave, but temper expectations. It can be a random waste of a couple hours, but sometimes you find the diamond in the rough, and getting the bargain can be a win as well

Worst Customer Service…read more My experience there yesterday was not pleasant. I went to the store because I needed a few items for my home. While I was in the store I noticed an employee dressed in all black was in close proximity to every different department of the store I was in. I thought this may have been a coincidence until I purposely visited other sections of the store only to noticed this employee was not too far away. When I would turn around to look at her following me, she would pretend to stock the shelves ( with no stock in her hands) or fiddle with whatever merchandise was near her when I noticed her. This went on for 20 minutes. I was so offended and frustrated that I left without purchasing the items I needed. If you're going to have your staff follow people though out the store, maybe they could offer to assist the patron they are stalking.

Not only did I have an ARMFUL of clothing to try on the second I walked in the door, but EVERYTHING (except the green ticketed items) was 50% on Wednesdays. I ended up spending under $40 and walking away with two huge bags of treasures that included four pairs of shoes, some great outfits and some housewares. Not only was the stuff there amazing and cheap, but the workers were so nice and friendly, as were the customers. I don't normally talk and joke with people when I shop, but I did here. The only thing that keeps this store from getting all five stars is the fact that it only had one changing room. I had a cart full of merchandise and felt badly that I was holding people up (even though I only tried on four things at a time and let others go in between, I did have a LOT of items--and it would have been nice to really take my time when trying things on instead of rushing.) Also, while this is not the fault of the shopkeepers in any way, but...doesn't anyone with GOOD music taste donate their records to charity? It's all Barbra Streisand and Mitch Miller and the Gang.
