I cannot say enough good words about Rick and his crew. My 73 Mustang had a coat of many colors after 38 years of ownership with the dents and dings one gets. They were all filled or removed, all rust treated and then prepped for a perfect coat of 1973 2B paint. On delivery, I noticed the crew has even cleaned up the ally wheels and the interior too. The car looks like new! Thanks Rick and your crew, you're worth your weight in rocking horse sh*t.(old Aussie expression for a job well done.) read more

Dealers Pro Choice - My 1973 Mustang, owned for 38 years! - Body Shops Near Me - Delray Beach, Florida

This body shop was recommended to me by the service manager at my car dealership. They are not on any insurance companies recommended list so there is no funny business with adjusters. They did a top notch job on my car which had significant damage. They started ordering parts needed even before they received any payment by me or my insurance company. It's located in a hard to find area in east Delray, but I found it with GPS. They will be moving to a better location. It's a big operation, just spread out between buildings. When I picked my car up it was completely detailed, looked brand new. They are a busy shop for a reason. I just wanted to give them a shout out. I always recognize great service. read more

I was in rear end accident that wasn't my fault in Dec 2021. Dealership was closed so Progressive sent my truck to DPC. It is now going on the 3rd year that they have had my truck and it's still not fixed. While in their possession, my plates have been stolen, the truck door was left open and someone had gone through all of the glove box and console and scattered all my things all over the cab, the batteries I just replaced a month before the accident were dead. They keep giving excuses, Covid, GM strike, national shortage on parts...now when I call I am getting they are busy and will call me back in 10 minutes... and never a call back. I wish there was more I can do to get them to give me my truck back. I have no personal transportation. read more

December 8th 2021, I was in a rear end collision that wasn't my fault. Since the accident happened after the dealership was closed Progressive had me take it to DPC. It is March of 2024 and I still have not received my truck. I have had many excuses, from Covid, GM strike, to the parts are on order and there is a National shortage. I have gotten so many false hopes I was going to get my truck back, but has always a few more days or next week...been like this for 2 years. Meanwhile, my plates were stolen, the truck was setting outside with door open, batteries dead and someone had gone through all the stuff I left in there and threw it all around the cab of the truck, stole a drill and battery booster I also had left. DPC could not or wasn't able to do the repair on the axle, so it had to go to the dealership to get repairs done there. The repairs were completed on August 31 2023. DPC waited a month before they picked up the truck from the dealership on September 2023 but still said they were waiting on parts after they got it back to their shop...(exhaust hangar and tail pipe) 2 years seems a long time to be waiting on parts. Progressive has already paid them out and I don't seem like they have a priority on getting my truck out in a timely manner. I went to the shop to see the truck and they told me they had the truck at a different location in a storage lot. I do not know what to expect when my truck is finally ready. I have been out of a vehicle for over 2 years and they don't seem to understand the hardship this has put me through for more than 2 years. All I know is, the truck better be in same condition or better than before the wreck. Good luck if you take you vehicle to this shop. I have had nothing but bad luck! read more

I never imagined that they could achieve what they did. My favorite car ever spent 14 years cooking in the Florida sun, had been splashed with a cheap paint job, and looked like crap even with only 60k miles. Calling their paint job a "Restoration Quality" refinish doesn't do it justice. Resurrection is more accurate. All the light lenses look new and the paint and bodywork is FLAWLESS. I don't often recommend people and I'm known as a perfectionist. Just plain thrilled with what Jake and his people accomplished. It wasn't cheap but worth every penny. read more

Always gets it done right the first time. This place has talented body shop employees who you see care so much about their work. They are like one big family and they treat you like one. read more

I had the same problem with this guy as I had at lengels auto. The owner was another asshole who seemed to think he was better than everybody and just talking down to me, like I'm an idiot. He was being a smart ass which I don't appreciate at all then he had the gall to tell me that I don't know what I'm talking about Because I had a bunch of other quotes me. So this is another place I would not recommend going to get your body work done. They were nicer to me at maaco and pico's that's where I would recommend going in this area if you wanna go get your body shop work done read more

1 star is too generous. ZERO RATING!!! DO NOT GO HERE! TOTAL SCAM BEWARE. Blaming the delay in parts arrival, my car sat in there for 2 months with no work done. When I asked for my car back, after a month of delay they asked me to pay $4200 to "put it back together". In reward for my patience, I was humiliated and disrespected by a RACIST employee Franseca Velluzzi. She did not accept my bank check in fear that the payment may not clear, the tellers check that I received directly from the bank. Did my accent bother them? Was my English too clear to comprehend? Am I too young to be taken seriously? Was the fact that I was wearing a mask, a nuisance? Or does my money not count because of my ethnicity? I ONLY ASKED QUESTIONS to complete the transaction but got to witness her bitchy tone in response. The other employees witnessed this too. I reminded her that I am a customer, but "I will not apologize to you" was what she said. I did not even ask for an apology LOL. Ridiculous! I made the full payment and the employee came running to me, to sign a sticky note that I wouldn't dispute the transaction. My car's fuel range was down 120 miles, took it for a spin or stole the fuel? read more

It may have taken a while to get the car backside to insurance being a pain and the parts coming in. Once everything was in they got to work right away. The office ladies were always pleasant when I called asking for updates. They never seems bothered that I was checking on my car status no matter how many times I called. When I went to pick up my car I was so shocked at how fabulous it looked from the work they did. I didn't think it would look brand new like the accident never happened. Especially with the type of color SUV I have. Thank you for making my car and me whole again!! read more

Amazing work! Rick and his staff do a fantastic job. They've totally repaired the front and rear of our Maserati and it looks better now than when it was delivered new Highly recommend Dealers Pro Choice!!! read more

This is one of the best experiences I have ever had getting a car repaired. The team was friendly, very helpful and the end result was amazing! My car basically looked brand new. Not only was the damage repaired to perfection they also cleaned my car! read more

Unbelievable. I was down in Florida for the summer and I was involved in an accident off 4th and 5th, I used Yelp to locate this place, thinking they would do a somewhat efficient job, however just for a rear quarter panel, they completely destroyed it. There seemed to be additional scratches all over! The paint job it self seem to have some sort of sun bumps all over, wasn't even close to smooth. Quite unbelievable for a 4 out of 5 star place. read more

Couldn't have had a better experience. My car looks like new. Great service, great people, great customer service! Thank you Rick! Thank you Francesca! read more

These people are incredibly kind and did an excellent job fixing my car. They were personable, informative, and fast-acting, even when the turn-around time wasn't necessarily in their hands. They genuinely care about their customers and communicate that in every way. They are a great team -- look no further for car repair!! read more

DPC was a suggestion from someone and a little out of the way for me, but I chose to give them a try and am so glad I did! Now, there is nowhere else I'll go and I'm not only referring my friends and family, but INSISTING they go! Rick was fantastic from the first phone call. He kept me informed throughout the process, handled the claim details for me, and returned my car in perfect condition exactly when he told me I could expect it. I couldn't be happier with my experience. read more

Amazing!!! Took my 12 year old car to Rick because the paint on the hood and roof was peeling. The front bumper was torn and hanging off. When I picked up the car it looked new. I was given a very high estimate for a simple job that I went on utube and did myself.

Fast, reliable service, girls at the front, Lane and Francesca were great at keeping me up to date. Thanks!

Great customer service and very willing to work within insurance co's estimate. Thanks!

I can not speak higher about a car repair shop. Customer service is above the rest. Although having a car repaired from damage whether it is your fault or not is always a stressful situation, Rick and Francesca and the staff have a positive and reassuring nature. If I ever have car accident, a simple dent or minor damage to the car I will make sure I always travel the extra distance for this kind of character and service. They do not use after market parts and work with all major car dealerships and brands. You can feel comfortable knowing everything will be taken care of whether you are paying out of pocket or using insurance. They provide quick repairs and are extremely aware of their customers time and needs. When all was said and done, the car looked like new. read more

My wife's Jeep was damaged by valet parking at FLL and found Rick at Dealers Pro Choice through our local network. Rick gave us the most competitive quote and was able to turn the car around in just a few short days on time and at the quoted price! Great service, great people, you can't go wrong here. read more

I dropped off my audi for body damage all around the car. Damage on the side was pretty bad and I figured any repair would seem better than how bad it was. Rick and Francesca were very professional/helpful. They drove me to enterprise and arranged a rental. Less than a week later my car was ready and literally looks like no damage ever occurred. Definitely impressed all around read more

Caution to all customers who want to use this shop to repair their vehicles. It took 2 times SO FAR, and over 45 days for this shop to repair a vehicle that was sent here. The vehicle is STILL NOT REPAIRED. Obviously, I got frustrated, and the person I was dealing with (Francesca) was rude and refused to take responsibility for the car damage. IF you want your car fixed, don't go here. If you want to drive your car again in the next couple weeks, don't go here. read more

I was looking for a new auto body shop as I noticed that the previous shop I used to go to for years, which I won't mention, did a terrible job the last 2 times... so I was referred to DEALERS PRO CHOICE by my dealership directly and I can't be any happier! As busy as they were, which already told me a lot, they were still done with my vehicle in a great time frame and most importantly, they did an amazing job! (And trust me I notice everything! Lol) We all hope not to get in an accident, but things happen, so if/when I do they have my service again for certain! I admit I don't usually write reviews unless I'm super happy with whatever it is, and I highly recommend Dealers Pro Choice! :) read more
