A trip to the dealership would have easily cost a couple thousand dollars and left her without a car for several days. Instead, I called Sam. Not only was he responsive, but he actually came to my house. He repaired the undercarriage, buffed out the damage, and repainted the fender. When he was finished, the car looked brand new. You would never know there had been any damage. What impressed me most was the combination of professionalism, convenience, and affordability. Sam was courteous, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. While I hope I never need auto body repairs again, if I do, I won't hesitate to call Sam. If you've got a scratch, dent, ding, or minor body damage, Sam is your guy. Highly recommend!

I searched online for a body shop with great reviews and came across B&R Auto Body Works. Choosing them turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made. From the very beginning, Dawn and Patrick (the owner) were incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to work with. They always answered the phone, kept me updated throughout the repair process, and completed the work on time so I could return my leased vehicle before the due date. To make matters worse, although the other driver was at fault, I discovered that they only carried $10,000 in insurance coverage, which wasn't enough to fully cover the repairs. As a result, I had to pay some of the costs myself. Patrick went above and beyond to help me keep those expenses as low as possible. He carefully evaluated the damage, performed additional testing, and was able to save and repair some parts rather than replacing them unnecessarily, which saved me money without compromising the quality of the repair. The workmanship was outstanding, and the customer service was even better. It's rare to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers the way B&R Auto Body Works does. I highly recommend B&R Auto Body Works to anyone looking for honest, professional, and high-quality collision repair services

Originally the car was black but after so many years the only black part were the doors and they were faded because the car is parked outside with no protection whatsoever; the rest of the car, roof, hood, trunk and bumpers were totally rusted and in another month this car would have look like a colander because after the rust you have holes. The headlights were dark yellow, very hazy, and needed to be changed. For 3 days I immersed myself in the car painting business oven baked versus air drying what kind of paint etc. I decided ARPCO was my choice. After a week I got back my car. My car is now a light grey, Avalanche to be exact. The car looks like she just came out of a showroom. I am more than delighted by Joe and the craftmanship of his team. I took the second option that was very reasonable considering the amount of rust this car had and fixing the passenger mirror which was badly damaged without having to replace it plus restoring both headlight to a crisp without having to purchase brand new one. We met the owner Hafez, and his son, and we ended up following up with them to have the work done with them over the other shops we visited. Hafez asked us when we'd like to drop the car off, we set up a date, dropped the car off, he then said it'll be done in about a week, and in about a week, we got a call the car was done. When we came to see the car, wow, it looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor, for so much damage, in so many different areas, both metal and plastic, I couldn't believe how damn good the work came out, I was astounded... Even the paint matching on having to re-order, re-install, and re-paint the entire rear bumper, came out flawless, even in direct sunlight, it was 100% absolutely spot on and perfect, and if anyone knows Lexus, they have their own proprietary and special colors, in this case being what they call Atomic Grey, that's not an easy thing to do.
