They worked like a finely tuned machine and there was very little conversation between them members and judging by how well they worked in sync they didn't need much. Apparently each team member had a specific skill set but every team member jumped in when needed to work as efficiently as possible. We offered Sam a bonus/tip for the work done and he declined saying that he did what we discussed. We fe that he and his team went above and beyond what was expected. we asked him if it was ok to offer his team a bonus. After calling them out over an $800 ish dollar dryer that had a warranty they cut all contact. Never billed me again. But my dryer still has to be manually started despite being practically new.

Ian arrived and I found him to be extremely knowledgeable with both appliances. He convinced me that our oil furnace was in great shape (did not need replacement) and completed our tankless water heater installation, which looks great. The water heater was a bit complicated, as we moved it from a closet on the first floor down into the basement. Ian did excellent work and is great to work with. Since then, we have only requested Ian and are willing to wait until he has an opening rather than hire anyone else. Highly recommend Ian for installations and service.

I had a flooded bathroom on the second floor from a broken fitting. The water leaked through the…read morekitchen light fixtures onto my wood floor and then down to the basement. It was a mess! Dave Landry was there within 20 minutes and started the cleanup process. He had one of his men bring over a huge dehumidifier connected to mats to suction the water from the floor in the kitchen, saving the floors. Then big blowers started drying the water in the ceiling. The ceiling eventually needed work, but all of his crew was helpful, careful and courteous. I am very appreciative and recommend them highly.

Dave Landry is local guy and he's been in the business a long time. He seems to have a lot of good sources for replacing unusual radiators, hardwood floors, etc. He seems to know all of the insurance adjusters, contractors, and even gives tips on local restaurants and entertainment. Who turns down that amount of work in one location? We're talking somewhere in the $18K range. I feel bad for anyone who had generators or heat pumps installed by him as I can imagine how long it would take for him to get around to servicing them if there was a problem with one of the units.
