White Peach Lemonade.
Kayla O.

There's no other way to say this: the White Peach Lemonade seltzer is the single greatest thing that I have ever drank. It's so good that I almost want to write a bad review so I don't have to share with anyone. However, I'd like it to stay here so I can have more, so you're welcome. PS: Alec is the other reason (second to the delicious seltzer) that I'll be back.

Dead Armadillo is a chill brewery with great beer, indoor seating with tons of games and a huge outdoor patio with a second bar. They're are known for the Tulsa Flag but my favorite is Pickle recovery. They do sell bar snacks and occasionally have food trucks! Especially with back patio concerts. Anytime I've been there, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Dogs and kids are welcome as well.

Musicians at the Dead Armadillo Brewery.

On Tuesday nights, the Dead Armadillo allows local musicians of all levels to come jam at their brewery. We play old-time folk, mountain music, blue grass, blues, a bit of more modern mainstream songs. I am the newest musician there. I play old-time fiddle. The customers love us. The employees love us. The food and beer are great!

Enjoyed a couple of their brews and an order of chicken bites. Both the Mexican Lager and the "Morning Bender" stout were excellent. Chicken bites were perfectly cooked, moist with a tasty crust. Great service, food and beer...DEFINITELY will return to the Dead Armadillo.

Fun fun time here, love the patios and garage style door opening. What a fun trendy bar this was. we played bingo for two hours for free and tried out their beers. I actually sampled every beer on tap before I decided the 4 for my beer flight, for free. They are so accommodating and nice people. bingo was fun. A lot of people turned out for the event. Prizes were good or you could have a free pint Parking scarce mostly on the street and in the neighborhood around. only reason I'm missing a Star is cause there wasn't much food choices. I think they had a pretzel maybe but they do let you DoorDash food over so that was a plus, definitely my favorite was the Sutton Wheat on tap and I did like the pineapple cider, but that was in a can. I prefer a glass. But there were no chilled glasses.

This place is definitely between a 4 and 5. I'm rounding up because overall it's a really solid brewery. We got flights - I got the monkey lager, pickle recovery, and the 2 stouts on draft. Stouts we're just okay. Really liked the lager. And the pickle one was very different from any beer I've ever had but if you like pickles/pickle juice, you'd definitely like it. Cozy spot and bartender was friendly. There were board games, as well, which we played. I would definitely come back here!

Another great afternoon brewery hopping in Tulsa. DAB was a destination for us because of an event: Oklahoma Alliance for Animals adoption. The Boneyard (the beer garden behind the brewery and an apt named spot for the event) was a great place to walk the potential pet of your dreams. (It's also a kid friendly place, too.) Although we didn't find our perfect pet, we were able to spend a couple of hours sipping brews and people and dog watching. Kudos to DAB for hosting this event AND we ended up winning the raffle which was FULL of Dead Armadillo merch. It included a free tour which I can't wait to redeem! The weather is getting perfect for Boneyard hanging. Check it out!

I was in Tulsa for a day trip and I try to go to a new brewery every time I visit. I checked to see if they are pet friendly and they are so pet friendly! Thank you for that! We walked in and were immediately greeted by some friendly faces and my pup was greeted with a husky size bone! She loves husky sized bones and gobbled it up! We got the pickle sour beer and man did it hit the spot! I've tried several pickle spots and they just missed the mark. This one is literally perfect in every way! The staff is awesome and the space is perfect! We will 100% be back and this is now one of my favorite breweries in Tulsa! Thank you all for making it an amazing place to visit!

Dibs had to stop by for some beer to go. The owner was very nice and let him try a few beers before he sold them. He is one of the very few entrepreneurs who a actually knows that a brewery sticker is free advertisement. Dibs collects stickers from every brewery we visit and is more than happy to pay for them. He's paid as much as $10 for a sticker. Dead Armadillo is one of the very few breweries we've visit that give stickers for free!

There are some outstanding beers in Tulsa and Dead Armadillo is easily, consistently in the mix of best of the area. There's almost always something 'surprising' on tap that you've probably never tried before and maybe never even heard of and 9 times out of 10 I've loved them all. Even the beers I don't normally enjoy. The staff is awesome and it's one of Tulsa's original breweries. Highly recommended as the kind of place you wanna come back to over and over.

Flight

I stopped by here a couple of Saturday Mornings ago for some drinks. My wife and I decided to stop here purely on the name as I rightfully guessed that their logo and glassware could be interesting. The inside of Dead Armadillo is decent sized with a bar on one side and some seating on the other. It has a cute theme going on of, you guessed it, dead armadillos. So that means that the bar has a dead fake armadillo on it with "tire tracks" leading up to it. They also have armadillo stuffed animals all over. Beyond that they have TVs which had college football on the day that we were there. We were also allowed to take our beers out through their garage and sit outside at some picnic tables. This was nice on the day that we were there since the garage held a public market in it and a band was playing some live music. As I often do whenever I visit a new brewery, I decided to go with a flight here. At Dead Armadillo a flight consists of four beers and I went with the amber (their flagship beer), the IPA, Low & Outside (session IPA) and finally the Heath Got a Dog It's A Cat (Blueberry Sour). All of the beers here were decent with my two favorites being the IPA due to its hoppiness and the Blueberry Sour with its tartness. My wife enjoyed the amber the most which had those caramel notes you sometimes get from ambers. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. All of the beers here were decent and i loved their theme and outdoor space.

Had a meet and greet here for a new friend group since I'm new to Tulsa, and this is where the…read moreevent was held. It turned out to be a really nice spot! Of course, I ordered a sparkling wine and I'm a sparkling wine girlie, so if it's on the menu, I'm getting it every time. The place had a good vibe, nice music, and even some games, which made it fun and relaxed. They did have a couple of private events going on at the same time, but it didn't take away from the experience. We also ordered some food and I got the nuggets with sweet potato fries (because sweet potato fries are always my go-to), and they were so good. Perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. I really wish I would've taken a picture! As I was leaving, I noticed they were setting up for bingo or another event, which made me want to come back even more. Overall, it's a cute, chill spot, and I'll definitely be back.

This was our first visit to Welltown Brewing, and I can't wait to go back to try out the nuggies!…read moreWe were meeting up here for a small get together in one of the igloos on the rooftop of the restaurant. It was really a neat experience as you enter through the side door and up some stairs that are lined with greenery and lights, it feels like you are somewhere else when you reach the roof. There is a beautiful view of downtown Tulsa from here. It especially looked great at night with all of the lights. I really loved the overall aesthetic of this place. They used a lot of what I'm assuming was an old brick building mixed with reclaimed wood. The rooftop houses several igloos of various sizes. We had 8 people in our smaller sized igloo, and there was plenty of space. There was a small space heater that kept everything plenty warm inside. Our host had ordered two charcuterie boards for us to snack on while we enjoyed drinks and conversation. I enjoyed making a bite with the cracker, cheese, salami and a piece of fruit. I got the Demogorgon Coffee Stout, because I'll admit...I just liked the name, and I enjoy a good dark beer. You could definitely taste the bitter notes of the coffee with the sweet tanginess of cherry and at a 9.4%, it is a good sipping beer. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive even though they had a packed rooftop of patrons. They had a nifty touch light that you tap on to signal the wait staff that you needed something or were ready to order up something. I would very much recommend this place for a memorable get together with family and friends. Make sure you make reservations early, as I hear they can fill up quickly. Well done, Welltown Brewing!

I've been here plenty of times, and it never disappoints. Do not sleep on the food here!…read moreComparatively speaking, I think that it's great quality and huge portions for the price. Prices may seem a little bit high on the food, but I do think it's worth it based on how much you get. The drinks on the other hand... I'm not enough of a drinker to know if the prices are fair, but they do seem a little bit high to me. They're great, but they do see them on the higher end as far as price is concerned for a mixed drink in Tulsa. It's a fun atmosphere, and they are really easy to work with as far as if you want to host an event here. I've hosted a handful of events here at this point with different types of people in attendance, and everyone always seems to be happy. The staff truly are super easy to work with in that aspect.

I have heard great things about this new brewpub, so I was excited to finally try it!…read more We stopped in for dinner and drinks during Saturday at Mayfest, and we fully expected a wait. It was seat yourself and order at the bar, and there were plenty clean open tables! We were thrilled. Our drinks were poured instantly and food didn't take long at all. I love that they have cocktails added which differs from their original brewery taproom. My brat was delicious. Super hot and fresh fries. But I was actually disappointed in the cheese curds. They were gritty texture and way over salted. That was the main thing everyone told me to try, but I'd definitely still go back.
