I came across this place as I live in the neighborhood. I came into the shop during the week, and they explained what they do, how they do it, and that they're open on Friday and Saturday to the public. On Saturday I was there. It was freaking awesome. I bought sausages, ham, terrines, rillet, and bread. They let me try some of the other terrine. The ham I still have to try tomorrow, but the rest was really top notch. If you want to make a nice meal on the weekend, or have fancy top quality rillets, or terrines I highly recommend this place.
