There is a reason very few adults ever do classes here. Classes run poorly but teenagers on their phone and the owners can't teach to save their lives. Which makes sense since they have no actual teaching credentials. Anyone considering doing "pro-track" or any sort of "advanced" workshop - DO NOT!! They have a zero perfect success rate. The first two people in "ProTrack" left (I was the first). More who have joined have since left. Only people in it that stay in it are kids that grew up there and have been groomed to deal with the disorganization. Their only claim to fame is doing a SeaWorld show decade(s) ago. There was no curriculum, conditioning was just doing a checklist sheet they give their little kids too, and they were always late. Not to mention they cared more about what fast food they are going to order in that day more than being on time or actually communicating with athletes. This is not a real training program. Only works if you want to pay $650/month for open gym time. I could go on for AGES but I won't. Most unprofessional and lowkey pathetic places I've ever been because Nicole and Victor are lazy, unprofessional, and not good coaches, communicators, or even people. They care about money and making themselves look more successful than they are. Peel back the curtains and you'll see some washed up bullsh^t with a pretty bow on it. They even lied on a panel at VivaFest in 2024 (multiple in person witnesses can attest and provide evidence of all of their lies). Do not go here if you want to be able to trust anyone, have good communication, and especially don't go if you want quality high level coaching. Happy to answer any specific questions anyone may have. I wish I could have saved the $$$ they so happily took without providing any value. They fought someone else on the programs credit card company to try to f&ck them over and steal more of their money after they left too. This place is sad. Run. read more

This place is amazing!! My kids have been doing aerial for quite a few years and have been to a lot of places. Aerial is a pretty small community and I've come to see that most studios fall into one of two categories: high caliber instruction but coaches are mean, or really kind coaches but classes are only recreational. This place has been able to do both to a 10 - coaches that are warm and genuine and care about the kids' personal development, AND super high caliber instruction with a huge runway of opportunity to advance and excel. I wish we lived closer and could come more often to really take advantage of all the classes. Living far away, we can only make it in a couple of days a week, but it's all worth it for what you get here. They are fostering a team dynamic and invest and the kids in their program. My kids come out smiling and tired, rather than crying or mad as was often the case at our previous studio. I just can't say enough good things about not only Victor and Nicole, and even about their younger coaches that my kids rave about like Malena and Cat!! read more

My daughter did the camp here in past and again this year. Very disappointed by the way this place is managed now. We checked in on Monday (keep in mind they open door at 8:59am) made sure that they had all paperwork and were confirmed that we were good to go. An hour later (I was in a meeting) I get a voicemail saying that they are missing waiver for one of my daughters. I tried calling them back several time but no one picked up. I finally called my daughters who has Apple Watch. The coach said that we can sign it during pick up. At pick up I needed to remind them to give me waiver. On Friday, I get a call from my daughter stating that her sister fell and I need to rush and pick her up because she was not able to breathe. Yes, the coach or staff did not reach out my 11 year old did. I rushed to pick her up and the front door was wide open and no one in front managing. Anyone can easily have access to this venue. The coach was trying to help. But this is ridiculous that a camp site for kids there is no management taking care of these issues. Apparently there is a teenager coach, and a minor (age 15) coach at the facility. We come here for experience no babysitter club. I requested the coach to have manager call me back, and they reached out to me later that day but due to work I was not able yo answer. I have called them twice and left voicemail but no one has responded. Stay away if you love your kids. Safety should be utmost priority. read more

Great experience for my 10-year old in the Kids Parkour Beginners class. During the first four lessons, he's had three instructors. He liked them all and said he leaned something new from each. I liked that the classes go a full hour, with a ten minute group warm-up time at the start. (We were late a few times, which cut down on the warm-up. But he didn't miss any instruction time.) There's a nice glassed-in room for the parents to observe most of the classroom space. My son is now looking forward to one of the evening events including Nerf gun battles, summer camp weeks, and other kids events. read more

Thinking of fun birthday party themes is always a tough one for me. My boys are so picky, it's hard to pick a theme for their birthday parties early enough to get all the details in check. Luckily, this year the choice was easy! The choice was De Leon Dynamics. They have an awesome gym which is fully equipped with an aerial apparatus, parkour obstacles, and other fitness goodies! My son Julian knew right away he wanted to share the art of parkour with his buddies. De Leon Dynamics has a great room for parties. It has giant windows to watch all the activity going on in the gym. They have all the tables and chairs. They even do the clean-up afterwards! Before cake and pizza, the kids had an hour long class stretching, running, jumping, climbing, reaching, and more! The staff set up three different groups of kids which rotated to different activities after about 15 minutes. The kids were all very engaged and loved all the activities. The staff is very kid friendly, cheering the kids on as they did their "moves", and were very attentive to make sure each kid was doing the moves safely. I'm glad everyone had a great time and enjoyed the birthday activities at De Leon Dynamics! Thank you to the staff for making my son's birthday extra special! read more

Had THE BEST birthday party for my little guy today!! The staff is amazing and the kids thought it was all magical. The party room was spacious, easy to decorate, and set up nicely for a party. My daughter also recently tried an aerial silks class here and will be continuing. She had a blast. This is a great place, fantastic caring staff and I see the passion they have for teaching this skill! These instructors have such patience! The facility smells like socks, which is expected. My biggest concern is that the aerial silks class gets too busy and there is ONE instructor. I hope they limit the amount of kids per class so that each kid can have one-on-one attention. I've got to say, I think aerial silks are my new obsession in life and that's coming from someone whose flexibility is a work in progress to say the least. However, that fear is easily put to bed once you enter this family friendly environment and energetic, welcoming atmosphere. Coach Laura, the owner, makes this new hobby seem easy and very doable, even as you watch other young impressionable individuals twirling in the air, suspended from ten to twenty feet, using only their upper body to hold them up. And even though I probably felt more incapable than I've ever felt before after my first session, I found myself renewed with a determination to get my splits and gain a sense of grace that might even mildly resemble the ease and finesse of the cirque du soleil individuals around me. However, even as a beginner I still felt like I was engaging in a very unique, almost elitist activity though elite couldn't be farthest from the truth. The next day I may have found my pinkies sore and upper body unusable, but it didn't stop me from wanting to go again. I simply just haven't used these muscles before, so it was completely understandable. And afterward, with each i found my muscle memory had taken over and each move had grown easier in difficulty and strength. Not to mention it will surely strengthen your body physically in quite a noticeable way, so that added benefit doesn't hurt either. Coach Laura adapts the class to your level and gives each student careful and supportive attention to help you reach the next level in the safest manner possible. And believe me, safety is surely key when dangled in the air unsure how to get down, so having someone you trust who you can joke about the experience with afterward is absolutely worth it! read more

This gym is awesome!!!! My three year old daughter totally enjoys the Cirque classes here. Mr. Rodney is her teacher/coach and he is wonderful with her and all of the other kids too. My daughter warmed up to him immediately because he has a very friendly, fun and approachable personality. My daughter is normally shy and it takes her a long time to warm up to people she does not know (especially men). It was the opposite with Coach Rodney. She went straight to him and was holding his hand and gave him lots of hugs at the end of class. She even likes to go up to the glass window and blow kisses to him. What I like about the classes is that it is structured and has a variety of activities for kids to use to develop their gross motor skills, balance and strength. They get to use the mats for gymnastics type movements, silks and hammocks, swings, hoops, balls and balance boards. I also really like how Coach Rodney uses lots of positive reinforcement, praise, high fives and pats on the back. I think that this is so important for children to feel success and to help build their self esteem. Coach Rodney gives stickers to the children at the end of class too. I also like that the staff is very alert and aware of watching out for the children's safety. They make sure that the children are using the equipment appropriately and that they are doing the exercises correctly so that they will not get injured. I'd like to start by saying that my daughter really loves the ninja class, so I'm giving it a chance. The gym itself is small, but loaded with stuff to do. I hope to see some changes in wha they do in the ninja class each week, thus far its been the same stuff for 2 weeks. The ninja area is a bit smaller, but if you're there for aerial classes, they have a great setup. As a customer , my biggest concern is customer service, and although the front desk staff is nice , they do not seem too knowledgable about the different types of classes, payments , and memberships. On our first trial class no one introduced us to the coaches , or even bothered to take us back to the room. We walked ourselves back and I introduced myself and daughter to the coach ( this isn't a typical if you are trying to get someone business). At the end of trial class, that was that . No one asked if we enjoyed it, if we were interested in joining, nothing. They just ignored us as we walked out. My daughter really did enjoy her class and the instructor, so we decided to give it another shot. We went to our second class, she also loved it. While she was in class I was speaking to the front desk about membership options, but the girl at the front desk wasn't able to answer any of my questions about class types and the differences between the ninja / kicks and flips. Unsure if we'd be able to commit to one class a week ($110), I asked if we could pay the drop in rate for that class and then I'd call once we got home IF it was something we could do weekly. I asked if I paid the $35 drop in fee for that class and then called to add a membership if they'd take off the $35 I paid for that days class. Which would make sense , but she told me no. I'd have to pay $35 and then the $110. Shortly after someone else was up there to help us that then said if I paid for a drop in rate they day , they WOULD take it out of the $110. I said ok, we will do that then, I will pay for today and then call back shortly if we are able to make classes each week, otherwise we'll do drop ins. I was then offered a punch card if I'd prefer do that. I said "oh really it says on Your schedule that punch cards are only for adults", she reassured me that it wasn't and charged my card $100 for a 5 visit punch card. I then went back to watch my daughter. About 10 minutes go by and they come back to get me and bring me back to the front desk. They apologized but they weren't able to enroll me in the punch card system ( because she's not older than 16). I said ok, no problem, ill Just do the membership and if it doesn't work out we'll just cancel. I asked if they'll just charge my card the $10 difference ( a punch card is $100 and a membership for one hour a week is $110). They explained that they couldn't that they'd have to refund it and run the new charge . Ok, no problem let's proceed. While the two girls are working on my refund I start getting alerts from my bank, 3 charges of $100 and 1 charge of $110. Panicked I told them that they just charged my card $410!!!!! They explained It's because they tried to get me a stamp card 3 times and each time they do it, they have to run my card. Here's whats incredibly frustrating, if you're aware it charges me every time and it's NOT working, do not proceed to keep charging my card 3 times ! i was told that all 3 charges would be refunded, but they were unable to provided proof of that, but I insisted I get a print out of the refunds because I'd need to contact my bank. They assured me it was refunded and provided a print out . They said it would be instant and they promised it didn't actually charge my card . I showed them proof that it did and they apologized. I asked if there was ANYTHING they could do on their end to post the refunds , as they just drained my bank account, they said no. This was Tuesday and it's now Thursday and it's still of course a "pending" charge but it's not available as my balance so I don't have access to my $300. I also addressed that their website advertises that one hour a week is $88, and showed them, I was told " its an old website ". Normally a business would honor what they're advertising but that didn't happen. After 45 minute of chaos we left . Unfortunately, I left my debit card and went back the next day to get it. I politely asked to speak to a manager because I wanted to see if they could speed up the process of my refund. A man, I'm assuming the owner came in to assist but wasn't very friendly . He basically blamed me that I tried to get a stamp card and had an attitude like " well sorry you've been refunded so bye". It was a very cold interaction and he seemed more annoyed with me than anything. I attempting to join their gym, ask details of class types and memberships, and the status of my $300 refund. Maybe new customers aren't that important because no one was apologetic or offered a way to make it right. Lets see how the next 4 weeks go, but I'm very anxious to have my card on file read more

As a new customer (Parkour) I'm very pleased with the instructors here they care more about there craft then others Parkour locations we've visited in SD. My only caution is that the waiting area needs a refresh. They have "work in progress" signs up but it seems the work has slowed. Looking forward to seeing it completed. read more

Best experience. I threw a big party with 4's and 7's and 9 year olds. The staff made it fun for all. The parents new to parkour are still saying great things like. "Wow, it's so quiet and peaceful here", " "It's fun to watch kids and hang out with the adults", "what excellent teachers". They helped from beginning to end to make it a fun and success. We recommend it as a great venue for a workout, party, or unique place for kids. Very caring and patient staff. Going to look into camps. Horrible business that misadvertises on Groupon to get customers in. On Groupon they offer 3 classes for 25$, good deal right. That is until you try to book and you are expected to pay for 4 classes plus a 35$ registration fee. There are no single class offerings so it is physically impossible for someone to take 3 parkour classes as single classes which is what all other gyms do. When you try to contact the company they let your Groupon run out and never make an effort to work with Groupon to get back to you. They also provide no information on their site about what classes involve or who teaches them. See for yourself but don't get caught up in the hype as I had! I wont even be able to use my Groupon as I refuse to put out another 110$ to the "company" which is too strong of a word for an organization that is run by apparent scammers in my opinion. read more

I have a freshman and a 4th grader who have been taking classes at De Leon Dynamics for a little over two years now. We started with one class a week and have worked our way up to every day for multiple hours! My daughters LOVE the classes, the coaches, and the friends that they have made there. I love the family friendly, fun attitude that all of the people associated with De Leon Dynamics has. I also love the non-competitive nature of the gym. The coaches encourage the students to be better than they were before instead of comparing the students to each other. My girls have gained strength, stamina, the ability to persevere and confidence with their training at De Leon. I wanted to learn something new that would also challenge my body and mind so I found de Leon and tried my first two aerial silks classes and it's been amazing! A very challenging workout disguised as fun! I was a bit hesitant as they didn't offer many adult classes and was afraid I would just be this clumsy " in the way "person but the staff & coaches made me feel welcome right away! I learned A LOT in my first class with coach Laura. I had so much fun I came back two days later with coach Jess who was equally amazing! I'm definitely gonna try some other classes as well , acro yoga seems interesting .Lots of kids classes too , my boys would love it here , I will definitely bring them sometime. Overall friendly welcoming staff , knowledgeable supportive coaches and non intimidating atmosphere for newbies! I have been doing aerial silks for several years now with this group. It is a ton of fun and it is an amazing work out! The people are really nice. I wasn't particularly strong when I started so I was afraid I wouldn't be able to do it, but they started me off slowly and low to the ground so I always felt safe. My strength improved quickly, and I dropped quite a bit of weight just within the first few months! Now I have been doing this for almost three years and I am completely addicted! I am so excited De Leon has finally opened up their new gym! It's a great facillity and they have all kinds of fun classes. I am not an expert, so I can't give you a technical review. And I haven't taken any of their classes so I can't tell you anything based on personal experience, but what I can tell you, based on observation, is that it's only a matter of time that word of mouth spreads, so if you hesitate in checking out their classes, you will more than likely find yourself on a waitlist. I have two daughters, a four year-old and and 18 month-old. Both are very clingy and stranger phobic. Much money and effort has been spent on classes for the older one. All of which end in "Mommy, I don't like this" or "I never want to do this again." Enter De Leon Dynamics. A variety of interesting, challenging and **fun** classes for both children and adults alike. They can't help with your singing skills, but if you want to glide through the air gracefully wrapped in aerial silks like P!nk, they can help get you there. They also offer parkour, (looks super cool, but I'm pretty sure I would end up on my back most of the time), tumbling, cirque (you know, like Cirque du Soleil) and I'm sure, other things I'm forgetting. I brought the 4-year old for her first class yesterday. As soon as we walked in, "Mommy, I want to go home." Ugh. Here we go again. While waiting for class to start (we were early), a very excited and enthusiastic 6 year-old young lady could barely conceal her love of what she's experienced at De Leon Dynamics. "This is my fifth time and I want to come again and again." She proceeded to tell us about all the fun things she's done and I could sense my girl slowly letting down her guard. Time came for class to start and holy cow, the girls joined hands and they were running into class together. "This might have a happy ending," I thought. But of course, my child had to revert to her old ways once the class started. During the warm up, she stared off into space and didn't do any of the stretches. I was starting to get nervous. I was expecting the teacher to gesture to me to remove her any minute now. But he walked over to her, said something that made her laugh, gently positioned her, and next thing I know, my girl is getting with the program. Not before long, she's jumping, trying her hand at juggling, swinging on a trapeze, tumbling, balancing on a rolla bolla (sp?) and loving every minute of it. Each time she looked over at me, she seemed so proud of what she'd done. That Mr. Rodney (the instructor) worked some serious magic. I couldn't believe my eyes. And speaking of Mr. Rodney, he is a gem. He's kind and attentive to the children, seems like he is genuinely happy to be there and has a wealth of experience that he is more than thrilled to share with you and your children. The facility itself is clean and well laid out. There is a viewing area next to the gym floor so that you can keep an eye on little ones. Now don't quote me because I'm not 100% sure (so call and find out) but I've heard that since they just recently opened, they are offering free trial classes during the month of October. It all started with a Group-on, as many unique and exciting activities do. I must admit that after initially signing up for a month of unlimited aerial classes, I felt apprehensive as to how I could possibly succeed at such a specialized art. However, after the first class my fears were belayed by the warm welcome from the instructors and the other students participating in the class. I immediately fell in love with the aerial silks from the first day and have become addicted. It definitely started out as a struggle to climb and transition into the different poses but through time I have built up amazing strength and flexibility that I never imagined I would ever possess. Overall, aerial acrobatics has helped me feel beautiful, confident, and allows me an outlet to be creative while working out. It is never the same workout routine and there is always something new to learn and challenge me.
