He liked them all and said he leaned something new from each. I liked that the classes go a full hour, with a ten minute group warm-up time at the start. (We were late a few times, which cut down on the warm-up. But he didn't miss any instruction time.) There's a nice glassed-in room for the parents to observe most of the classroom space. My son is now looking forward to one of the evening events including Nerf gun battles, summer camp weeks, and other kids events.

Which makes sense since they have no actual teaching credentials. Anyone considering doing "pro-track" or any sort of "advanced" workshop - DO NOT!! They have a zero perfect success rate. The first two people in "ProTrack" left (I was the first). More who have joined have since left. Only people in it that stay in it are kids that grew up there and have been groomed to deal with the disorganization. Their only claim to fame is doing a SeaWorld show decade(s) ago. There was no curriculum, conditioning was just doing a checklist sheet they give their little kids too, and they were always late. Not to mention they cared more about what fast food they are going to order in that day more than being on time or actually communicating with athletes. This is not a real training program. Only works if you want to pay $650/month for open gym time. I could go on for AGES but I won't. Most unprofessional and lowkey pathetic places I've ever been because Nicole and Victor are lazy, unprofessional, and not good coaches, communicators, or even people. They care about money and making themselves look more successful than they are. Peel back the curtains and you'll see some washed up bullsh^t with a pretty bow on it. They even lied on a panel at VivaFest in 2024 (multiple in person witnesses can attest and provide evidence of all of their lies). Do not go here if you want to be able to trust anyone, have good communication, and especially don't go if you want quality high level coaching. Happy to answer any specific questions anyone may have. I wish I could have saved the $$$ they so happily took without providing any value. They fought someone else on the programs credit card company to try to f&ck them over and steal more of their money after they left too. This place is sad. Run.

I explained my son's sensory needs and she picked out a class for him that he could participate in meaningful. Coach Maleah (spelling?) took her time to understand my kid and truly make the experience fun for him. When the class got a few more kids in it and it became more difficult for my son to focus, we moved him to the VIP class. Coach Jessie (spelling?) spent his time teaching my son new things and helped him jump as high as he wanted and climb as high as he could. Coach Maleah took over half way through and spent her time blowing bubbles and running all over the place with him. As a mom who is just starting to figure it all out with a neurodivergent toddler, the flexibility of classes and the dedication of coach Maleah and Jesse have raised the bar. I couldn't be more grateful for them and the experience they are providing my son.

She explained that she and her…read moreclassmates had worked very hard, but the instructor only picked a girl for the reward, even though that girl had spent a long time in the bathroom during the class. No one else received any prizes. I did notice there was one happy girl walking out of the class, but many others had sad, disappointed faces. My daughter felt it was unfair. I encouraged her to speak up to the instructor, and I also inquired about the criteria used to select for reward. The next day, I received a long email that not only judged but also insulted my parenting skills. The email included condescending statements like, "I do not mean to insult but it is what it is," and "I have way more experience at parenting than you guys." I was also told that I "need to apologize to Sensei Shannon in front of Amia to show respect to the authority." This kind of response implies that she believes she is better and more experienced at parenting, which is both presumptuous and offensive. My child respects her teachers. Questioning or addressing concerns is not a sign of disrespect; it is a necessary part of ensuring her well-being and growth. As parents, it is our right and responsibility to question and address any aspects of the program that we feel are not in our child's best interest. This does not equate to disrespect; it equates to involvement and advocacy. We are not here to be judged and insulted by the owner Stef when raise concerns; we are here to ensure that our child receives the best possible environment for her growth. To all the moms and dads out there, I strongly suggest reconsidering this place due to its values and practices before enrolling. The owners are defensive and confrontational, refusing to accept any constructive feedback. I am also attaching the owner's emails in screenshot.
