Which makes sense since they have no actual teaching credentials. Anyone considering doing "pro-track" or any sort of "advanced" workshop - DO NOT!! They have a zero perfect success rate. The first two people in "ProTrack" left (I was the first). More who have joined have since left. Only people in it that stay in it are kids that grew up there and have been groomed to deal with the disorganization. Their only claim to fame is doing a SeaWorld show decade(s) ago. There was no curriculum, conditioning was just doing a checklist sheet they give their little kids too, and they were always late. Not to mention they cared more about what fast food they are going to order in that day more than being on time or actually communicating with athletes. This is not a real training program. Only works if you want to pay $650/month for open gym time. I could go on for AGES but I won't. Most unprofessional and lowkey pathetic places I've ever been because Nicole and Victor are lazy, unprofessional, and not good coaches, communicators, or even people. They care about money and making themselves look more successful than they are. Peel back the curtains and you'll see some washed up bullsh^t with a pretty bow on it. They even lied on a panel at VivaFest in 2024 (multiple in person witnesses can attest and provide evidence of all of their lies). Do not go here if you want to be able to trust anyone, have good communication, and especially don't go if you want quality high level coaching. Happy to answer any specific questions anyone may have. I wish I could have saved the $$$ they so happily took without providing any value. They fought someone else on the programs credit card company to try to f&ck them over and steal more of their money after they left too. This place is sad. Run.

Aerial is a pretty small community and I've come to see that most studios fall into one of two categories: high caliber instruction but coaches are mean, or really kind coaches but classes are only recreational. This place has been able to do both to a 10 - coaches that are warm and genuine and care about the kids' personal development, AND super high caliber instruction with a huge runway of opportunity to advance and excel. I wish we lived closer and could come more often to really take advantage of all the classes. Living far away, we can only make it in a couple of days a week, but it's all worth it for what you get here. They are fostering a team dynamic and invest and the kids in their program. My kids come out smiling and tired, rather than crying or mad as was often the case at our previous studio. I just can't say enough good things about not only Victor and Nicole, and even about their younger coaches that my kids rave about like Malena and Cat!!

They offer a variety of classes for different levels, so you can focus on multiple aspects of pole. As a teaching style, they focus on progressions and what I would refer to as perfection before progression - not in the sense that it has to be perfect but that they want you to be safe in your body and learn things the proper way before moving into more advanced skills. They are teaching pole students how to use their bodies and take care of them to protect themselves and keep them in good shape to be in pole for the long haul. That's what it's all about, especially as you get older and want to minimize any injuries. The staff is always welcoming and the people who take class are kind. It's a warm environment to be in and I've never once felt judged or left out of any circle. Everyone comes to pole for the love of it and that's something we all share in common and can vibe off of together. I absolutely love learning there and would never want to leave.

I bought a multi class punch card and tried a few classes, and though the dancing was really fun I almost felt like an intruder. The best way I can describe it is like their attitude was like "oh... YOU'RE here? Um... ok." Like I was crashing a party I wasn't invited to. It's clear the long-term members and instructors have a vibe and they didn't seem interested in letting anyone new in. I ended up not using the last class on my card because each time left class, I just felt bad about myself.

I've dabbled in dancing and martial arts most of my life and gymnastics/aerial arts for the past two years and had been frustrated at hitting fitness plateaus that kept me from getting to the next level. This camp has helped me build a foundation of fitness and body confidence I didn't expect to reach especially in just a few months. Maring is experienced and knowledgeable with both conventional calisthenics and aerial arts. It shows in her targeted workouts which she keeps varied and engaging. She has a keen eye for both her students' form and safety which has given me the security and comfort I've needed to explore moves and push myself harder. The setting is warm and invitational with a focus on personal growth and achievement. As long as I've been going, the other students have themselves been welcoming and knowledgeable, very approachable with questions and understanding of any hiccups along the way. This class is perfect for people who want to build a strong fitness foundation, especially for aerial arts. I strongly recommend this camp to anyone with even the slightest inkling to explore aerial arts as a hobby or who wants to get a total body work out outside of the typical gym environment. No previous aerial silks experience required! (I'm proof!)

I am so much stronger than I was when I started, and I'm looking forward to continuing on and learning more aerial skills and improving my strength!!! So much fun and such a good hard workout.

We started a few years back by taking their Summer Camp, we loved it, then we signed my daughter up for group classes and she developed such a passion she now takes private lessons and group classes!! She is exceptional and makes you feel like family! Always has a smiling face and genuinely cares for the success of every kid there! My daughter loves all the staff but in particular loves taking private silk classes with Coach Joel Castro!! He is hands down amazing! At such a young age he shows a very high level of professionalism and is attentive every second of his lesson! He never takes his eyes off the student and provides great constant feedback but most importantly helps my daughter believe in herself and pushes her to grow with each class!! From what I understand, they have their aerial yoga and a few other classes on the outdoor deck. Both times the class I took was in their indoor studio... Not a huge fan of that room. It's kind of stuffy. The first time I was there it was a busy class. The floor was quite dirty, a lot of dust balls and hair that was not mine were kind of floating by me. There's a door at the back of the studio and several people left a few minutes early, which I found very disruptive. It's not like the class went over in time. I thought it was honestly rude of those people to get up and walk through the class early and make all that ruckus with the door while other people are trying to settle into the final resting pose. They know how long it's supposed to be. The second time I visited, I've booked a class that online said it was going to be outside on the deck. When I got there, the class was inside. At least this time the studio was very clean! I was bummed though to not be practicing on the deck in the fresh air.

The class gave us a really deep stretch and left me feeling relaxed and refreshed in a way I wasn't expecting. The space also has a big yoga dome right next door and a restaurant serving up a great selection of healthy food, which is a nice bonus before or after class. Just a couple things to keep in mind: parking can get tricky so give yourself extra time, and spots in the class fill up fast so make sure to book ahead. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a workout that's fun, unique and actually feels good for your body!
