The past 20 + years was good but wasn't able to be seen by the actual Dr. Lloyd the past 7 or 8 years, I can't remember when I actually saw him, but I understand the game. Other "doctors" in his office took over so I went with it. I had my son added when he was 18 last year and that took effort to get him an insurance card with Lloyd on it to get him in as a new patient because it was a pediatrician before that. Now a year later I call to get him an appointment for an upcoming surgery referral, the nurse that answered said my son had been dropped for missing an appointment. 20 plus years from Dr Buchanan and I have my wife and daughter as Dr Lloyd patients and they deny my son as a patient right before an upcoming surgery that needed scheduling. No questions from the nurse that took my call as to why my son needed to see the doctor, just a "sorry no new patients but I can put you on a waiting list" Now I'm searching for a good doctor for me and my family and hopefully I can find one that knows his patients.

I was devastated and shocked. But the response of the doctor when I finally spoke to him left me absolutely gutted. He simply ignored the information apparently. He just went on discussing my medication and seemed absolutely uninterested in his office manager/brother telling a patient to consider suicide!!! I have the conversation with Christopher recorded as he has been rude in the past and I expected it again. But absolutely nothing could have prepared me for what he said to me. I'm just very glad I have it recorded as, of course, he is denying that he said exactly that!! Well Christopher, we will see what the state medical board thinks of your advice! Absolutely ridiculous! I thought that maybe I was the only one treated this way but it's apparent there is a pattern of abuse that is being completely ignored by the doctor.

Dr.Tomlinson is constantly misinforming me about what kind of procedures she is signing me up for and she can't even get me acid reflex medicine. She has told me twice that I was having an endoscope. Both time I was told I would need to find a driver because I would not be able to drive myself home and that I could not eat past midnight. The first time I was really getting an NM hepatobiliary scan; which is where the nurse gives me an IV and puts something in it so she can see how well my gallbladder functions. I was able to drive home just fine. The second time I was just doing a consultation. So my appointment was at 3:30pm, I didn't get out until 6pm and they whole time I thought I couldn't eat a thing.
