From the moment you walk through the door, you are treated with genuine warmth, respect, and care. The entire team provides outstanding customer service--every staff member listens attentively, takes the time to understand your needs, and never makes you feel rushed. What sets this practice apart is their professionalism paired with sincere compassion. They don't just treat symptoms--they care for the whole person. You can tell they truly love what they do and are dedicated to helping every individual who comes through their doors. They consistently go the extra mile, whether it's following up, explaining things clearly, or offering support you didn't even know you needed. The hours are great and the fact that I can walk in or make an appointment makes it easy for my busy schedule. The wait times are short, and the service is amazing. It's rare today to find a medical practice that blends excellence with heart, but this practice does exactly that. I am deeply grateful for the way they care for their patients. If you're looking for a place where you will be truly seen, heard, and helped, look no further. This is the gold standard of healthcare! My family and I will not go anywhere else since finding this outstanding place. We know we will be always well taken care of!

Incompetent doctors assistant with very limited medical vocabulary . Most patients I've seen there are well into there senior days. Dated facility , below average office staff. Clearly stay away.

I was devastated and shocked. But the response of the doctor when I finally spoke to him left me absolutely gutted. He simply ignored the information apparently. He just went on discussing my medication and seemed absolutely uninterested in his office manager/brother telling a patient to consider suicide!!! I have the conversation with Christopher recorded as he has been rude in the past and I expected it again. But absolutely nothing could have prepared me for what he said to me. I'm just very glad I have it recorded as, of course, he is denying that he said exactly that!! Well Christopher, we will see what the state medical board thinks of your advice! Absolutely ridiculous! I thought that maybe I was the only one treated this way but it's apparent there is a pattern of abuse that is being completely ignored by the doctor.

I used to love this office so much, all of the support staff has always been so kind and amazing,…read moreand Dr. Ellsworth was the best and actually cared about his patients individually since we are all different and have different experiences. I am on my 6th pregnancy (first 2 came at 37 weeks, next 2 at 36 weeks, and my last I had gone into labor at 34 weeks which was stopped at the hospital, until I had him at 36 weeks also.) Dr Ellsworth had taken my history into consideration at even just my 4th pregnancy and put me out on disability at 33 weeks so that I would be able to have the 4 weeks before to prepare and get our home ready for newborn without the stress and exhaustion of working full time job. And just as expected I did deliver at 36 weeks. NOW my Dr is Enderton, and it's been stressful and exhausting feeling like me "the patient" isn't getting the same care and concern as Ellsworth had for his patients. This is my SIXTH pregnancy my LAST 3 babies came at 36 weeks and Enderton DOES NOT seem to care at all, knowing that MOST likely I will deliver this baby at 36-37 weeks. The stress from that, having to drive myself to and from work full time up until 36 weeks worries or stressed about going into labor any moment, being too exhausted after work to keep up with trying to take care of my other kids and home while also working full time. It's just a lot and a shitty situation. I wish Ellsworth was still seeing ob patients *sigh*

I thought I would give her the benefit of the doubt but she is lazy at her job to be honest. she'll take bad photos and she is never happy, it's as if she likes to get things over with. She doesn't like the job then why is she there? Maybe she is just two-faced, who knows. You would think you were going because its fun and you want to experience the life that you have made; but I wouldn't want her to be my ultrasound technician, for me or anyone of my friends or family. It's embarrassing to know she works there for expecting mothers because if she doesn't like you or she stuffed to much in her face at lunch that day, she does a no good, lazy job. I made a big mistake and I wish I could tell that to her face.
