This is not the first time I've had issues with the staff responding to the pharmacy in a timely manner or not responding at all. I will be switching PCP's. It is a constant and ongoing battle to get refills. Time to change PCP's.

I was devastated and shocked. But the response of the doctor when I finally spoke to him left me absolutely gutted. He simply ignored the information apparently. He just went on discussing my medication and seemed absolutely uninterested in his office manager/brother telling a patient to consider suicide!!! I have the conversation with Christopher recorded as he has been rude in the past and I expected it again. But absolutely nothing could have prepared me for what he said to me. I'm just very glad I have it recorded as, of course, he is denying that he said exactly that!! Well Christopher, we will see what the state medical board thinks of your advice! Absolutely ridiculous! I thought that maybe I was the only one treated this way but it's apparent there is a pattern of abuse that is being completely ignored by the doctor.

Sorenson himself is NEVER in office. Getting an appointment with him takes weeks. I have even had words with some of his staff. They will refuse to give you your records no matter why you need them. They will change your dosage of medication without asking or consulting the doctor that originally prescribed it. His office manager is probably the rudest woman on this earth, very condescending but refuses to show her face in the office. There are only a couple nurses/desk ladies who are genuinely attentive and kind, but sadly they do not make up for the rest, who would rather spend their time chatting. Seriously, find a different GP.
