I used to love this office so much, all of the support staff has always been so kind and amazing,…read moreand Dr. Ellsworth was the best and actually cared about his patients individually since we are all different and have different experiences. I am on my 6th pregnancy (first 2 came at 37 weeks, next 2 at 36 weeks, and my last I had gone into labor at 34 weeks which was stopped at the hospital, until I had him at 36 weeks also.) Dr Ellsworth had taken my history into consideration at even just my 4th pregnancy and put me out on disability at 33 weeks so that I would be able to have the 4 weeks before to prepare and get our home ready for newborn without the stress and exhaustion of working full time job. And just as expected I did deliver at 36 weeks. NOW my Dr is Enderton, and it's been stressful and exhausting feeling like me "the patient" isn't getting the same care and concern as Ellsworth had for his patients. This is my SIXTH pregnancy my LAST 3 babies came at 36 weeks and Enderton DOES NOT seem to care at all, knowing that MOST likely I will deliver this baby at 36-37 weeks. The stress from that, having to drive myself to and from work full time up until 36 weeks worries or stressed about going into labor any moment, being too exhausted after work to keep up with trying to take care of my other kids and home while also working full time. It's just a lot and a shitty situation. I wish Ellsworth was still seeing ob patients *sigh*

I thought I would give her the benefit of the doubt but she is lazy at her job to be honest. she'll take bad photos and she is never happy, it's as if she likes to get things over with. She doesn't like the job then why is she there? Maybe she is just two-faced, who knows. You would think you were going because its fun and you want to experience the life that you have made; but I wouldn't want her to be my ultrasound technician, for me or anyone of my friends or family. It's embarrassing to know she works there for expecting mothers because if she doesn't like you or she stuffed to much in her face at lunch that day, she does a no good, lazy job. I made a big mistake and I wish I could tell that to her face.

I wish I could speak to how terrible Dr. Enderton is as a OBGYN but she never even had time to see…read moreme. I became her patient through a referral and never selected her as my doctor. I can only tell you that this is not a place you want to select for an expecting mother. First, I will tell you that my initial phone call with her and her office staff was to let them know that I was an expecting mother over 40 years old. I immediately let them know that my age was making me uneasy and that I would like to be seen as soon as possible and seem consistently. There office never even gave me an appointment, I had to call back 3 times to finally schedule something. And once they did, I was never even scheduled to see Dr. Enderton but was instead passed on to her assistant PA. We did and initial appointment and found I was 13 weeks pregnant. I let her assistant know at that time that I had experienced previous birth complications and also my age was something again I was not comfortable with. I was told I would be pushed on to Dr. Enderton by next visit but that visit would not happen till week 16. When my week 16 appointment came, I was again seen by the assistant and not Dr. Enderton. The sonogram machine was down in the office and so we only got a chance to hear the baby's heartbeat. The sonogram machine was finally working at the end of the visit but we only took a 30 second look at the baby and then needed to end the visit because the PA was not feeling well. My next scheduled appointment was at week 20, but because Dr. Enderton was on vacation or unavailability, we had to hold off till Week 21. When week 21 came, the appointment was pushed back again by a few days. During week 21, three days prior to my new appointment with Dr. Enderton, I went to the hospital with stomach pains. I found out within an hour of arrival that I had miscarried. The hell I went through over the next 72 hours is not something I would like to revisit, but during my stay in the hospital, the hospital staff tried several times to contact Dr. Enderton and her staff but could not get a response. 3 days of trying and finally they were able to speak to someone to let them know the situation and see if they could get the most recent sonogram for surgery purposes. The week 16 sonogram was never saved nor any record of it. To add injury to insult, after the tragedy I had just endured, and the healing I was going through both emotionally and physically, I got a call from Dr. Enderton's office asking if they could push my ultrasound back again a few more days. The audacity of that call and the arrogance to not realize that I no longer was pregnant was beyond words. The date they were giving me was going to put my next sonogram at week 22 nearly week 23. I write this to warn people that this is not the office for an expecting mother. People will say there is never a clear reason why mothers have a miscarriage and I will never know why this happened to me. I will say that the negligence on the behalf of this office may have easily played a role. I know that these events are sometimes preventable, with avid and consistent checkups. But Dr. Enderton never even met me, she never stopped by, she never called, she never did an exam, she never did a sonogram, and made me wait weeks upon weeks to be seen. I was pregnant, and now I am not. I did so much to take care of my self and my body because I knew my age may play a factor. Yet, in the end it was not enough because the irregular checkups and gaps between checking if I was even okay were too much and now I have to live with something that may have been preventable.

The first available appointment for Dr.Wiseman is 01/2025 and for Rita Barron wasn't until 04/2025. How do they not have availability for routine women's health appointments? I really enjoy having these providers as my women's health providers, but the schedule half/whole year out appointments are ridiculous. Is this an issue with scheduling or is this an issue with providers ONLY being booked for OB appts? When I had questions regarding why it was so far out in advance to schedule an appt, the staff member rudely stated I should've made my appointment for sooner. I stated, if I would've known the appointments were like this, then obviously I would've scheduled it MUCH sooner. I asked, why would I wait so long to schedule an appt if I was instructed to make it two years later?

***One star is low, but I rate the entire experience not just the quality of care of the Dr. ***…read moreDr. Enloe is great at his job and held to a very high standard as he has positively impacted the countless lives of patients and children he has delivered and cared for. I wish I could say the same about his office staff, schedulers, and receptionist are horrible! Seems they constantly overbook patients and have no regard that they waste people's time and cost patient's additional money for having to take time off work to hold up to their end of the bargain and show up, but when the staff calls or "they say they called to cancel due to other Dr. obligations" there is no compensation from the office for inconveniencing patients, but if an appointment is rescheduled by the patient without enough notice, then patients are still held liable for co-pays. Double standard. My wife has been seen in this office a handful of times and just as Dr. Enloe is attentive and caring as he always, there is still an epic fail when it pertains to the rest of the staff, which results in large amounts of unnecessary stress. There has always been some kind if disconnect with the reception and nurse staff and substandard patient relations at best. The office does not keep track of patients file sent as referrals from other offices, which causes further delays in receiving the needed care. Don't get me wrong, we have high praise for Dr. Enloe. We just wish his staff operated in the same manner of excellence. *** Massive wait times long past scheduled appointments, even when showing up prior to actual appointment time.*** *** Unreliable, attitude loaded, patronizing, and unprofessional staff. ***

There excuse was patients are coming in late which is Bologna and really lame excuses. Saw some doctors comes in late and blame it to the patients. They told every patients to check in early and in fact I was even there 30-45 minutes early prior to my appointments but still didn't make any difference. Booked me an appointment for almost every week for unnecessary check up (I said unnecessary because all they do is check my BP and can't do anything about my bleeding and had me wait for an hour to 1 1/2hr to see a dr). Those appointments was excessive and hated every single one of them . . And staff doesn't seems to communicate with each other because they can't seems to compromise as to what is my EDD . I will avoid this place at all cost because the doctor/OB you see now will NOT be the same doctor who will deliver your baby. My baby came 5 weeks early and I was supposed to get a magnesium due to my hypertension but the delivering dr opt out which really screwed me up big time after labor. Release me from the hospital with blood pressure still high which never happened to me in my previous deliveries ( different county). After 2 weeks from delivery I started going back to ER due to multiple reasons (edema on my lower leg which is caused by my labor, anxiety ( baby being in NICU-Madera) and high BP 200/102). ER Doctor told me to call my Obgyn so I did. Called this office again because technically they are still responsible since I'm still in my postpartum stage. I came in just to tell me that there is nothing they can do for me which is really bullshit and told me to go back to ER if anything happen. Are they kidding me!!!. This place and some staff is a joke so avoid this place like a plague. They even tried to put me on NST (non stress test) after my pregnancy and laugh about it. It is so unprofessional. This place doesn't deserve any star at all if I could only do that
